It seems to me that if tables were fixed for the waiter, then he would immediately see the visitors. And so they work in a mix both on the street and in the booth and in the hall, because of this, the staff also limps! The waiter is not able to serve everyone in different parts as needed, so it turns out that he accepted the order, brought it and that's it, then look for him to add to the bill or something else. We need to work on the staff, but everything is fine.
