We contacted this workshop to repair the bike, there was a question that the fork was very loose, the master began to inspect it and it began oh, yes, you need to change everything, it's not that bad, the chain is stretched, etc. I counted 200 rubles, I ask the master with the fork what it is, to which he replies that the wheel is loose, he took it apart he started cleaning, put some used spare parts of old rubber bands and springs in there, and says you'll charge 25p, although I didn't tell him anything to disassemble... well, okay... I'm asking again what's with the fork? The answer is yes, everything is normal! He took off the duster, turned off the oil and says you can drive (there are no bashing in the fork, so that you understand the problem and what's with the fork) somehow, in a conversation, we come to the fact that we order a new plug of the same model, the employee took a picture of it and said that he would dial it as soon as it arrived. After a long waiting time, 3 weeks later, I go into the workshop myself to check if they forgot about the plug, to which they answer yes, it came, show me some kind of Chinese hat for 70p and very convincingly prove that it is an origami and everything according to the code and begins to compress it and say that it works fine, which I tell the person that it's new and should work, but it's not what I ordered. I ask if they will order what they need, to which they tell me that the fork is expensive and an advance payment is needed, but before that there was no need for an advance payment… In general, as a workshop, it is very dubious, if you change something else in the presence of a client, maybe I don't want to accuse you of something, but there are a lot of doubts, both in quality and in conscience… PS they are very persistent in asking for cash payment.

Hello) I rarely write reviews, but I just can't help but leave them here! I want to thank the master with the golden hands for being able to fix my suitcase EFFICIENTLY. Before contacting me here, they refused to repair me in three places, but in the last workshop they advised me to contact the workshop at 11A Skripnikova Street. They immediately said that they would do it without any "Buts". And a day later they called and said that I could pick up my suitcase, I thought I would have to buy a new one ( Thanks a lot again!
