We were very impressed by this cozy hotel! The atmosphere here is truly homely, and the host is so friendly and helpful that you feel like visiting a good friend. I am always ready to help with any questions, give useful advice or just have a pleasant conversation.
The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and air-conditioned (which is a lifesaver in the heat!). Everything is thought out for the convenience of the guests.
The location is ideal: just a 5–minute walk to Registan - you can admire the beauty of the square at any time. Nearby there are shops and cozy cafes where you can have a snack or try the local cuisine.
I definitely recommend this hotel to those who want to feel the warmth of Samarkand hospitality and live in the heart of this amazing city! 10/10 🌟

Great location. All attractions are within walking distance. The rooms are clean and very warm (we were in January, we slept with the window open). The staff was polite, they responded quickly to all requests (the water in the shower did not go well, everything was cleaned on the same day). Special thanks to the owner of the hotel, he met me at the airport for free and promptly resolved all issues. There is a coffee machine in the lobby on the ground floor.

Very well located, 10 min walk from Registan Square. Cozy, warm (we were in October when it got colder and it was raining). The hotel consists of an old and a new building. We were in the old one, the repairs there are already stale, the carpet is dirty, the smell of sewage in the bathroom. But I think there are no such problems in the new building. We were also given old bed linen, although I noticed new sheets and towels in the pantry. Breakfast is included in the price, a good mini buffet, there were scrambled eggs, sausages, porridge, pastries, vegetables, fruits.

Great hotel. Excellent location, 5 min walk to Gur Emir and 10 min walk to Registan Square. Perfect in terms of price-quality ratio. Small but cozy rooms with a private bathroom and a TV. There are excellent breakfasts in the morning. There are grocery stores nearby. The guests who came were satisfied.

Initially, we considered hotels in the Registan area, according to reviews we saw this hotel. The square is 5-7 minutes on foot, there are shops nearby, inexpensive cafes. You can walk through the park and walk to the University Boulevard. Very friendly hosts. Breakfast - scrambled eggs, sausages, cutlets, wings (alternate), porridge (not every day), various pastries, plums, peaches, melon, watermelon. The rooms are not large, but not critical. When checking in, check out the room (one of the rooms with a view of the wall)

An excellent hotel. Excellent location - close on foot to both Registan and the mausoleum of Timur. Excellent hospitality - the staff is very kind, friendly, you feel at home. I am especially grateful to Artyom for his excellent advice about attractions, etc. Comfortable clean rooms, everything is fresh (we occupied two rooms in the main building, the windows did not face the courtyard. Both rooms are cozy, with two beds, but one is smaller and was considered for one person, and the second is larger - for two. But both are not cramped, there is all the necessary furniture, a table, etc.). The mattresses are hard and it turned out fine: I didn't know that you could sleep so well on them)) The breakfasts were also very pleasantly pleased! And maybe the main thing is that the WiFi worked well))) So we will advise our friends and we will come back here ourselves. PS If you call a Yandex taxi, the navigator can sometimes lead the taxi driver not to the doors of Mukaddas himself, but to a narrow street behind him. It is worth taking this into account when calculating the time - sometimes it was necessary to clarify the location with the taxi driver additionally, it may take a certain number of minutes. And so from / to the airport is also close, everything is very convenient

My friend and I started our journey through Uzbekistan with this charming hotel. We had a rest on the 20th of April. The arrival was overnight, we checked in without any problems. They can meet you by agreement if you write via WhatsApp. I don't want to describe the numbers, etc. Everything is at a decent level. The most important thing is the attitude and hospitality that we have seen everywhere, and especially here!

Within walking distance of everything, completely all the sights of Samarkand.

We would like to express our gratitude to all the hotel staff! A very pleasant, warm atmosphere! Artyom, Mirzo always got in touch and helped with our great vacation, answered questions, recommended, helped with the tour! The rooms are clean, everything you need is there, everything you need for breakfast was immediately heard, the dining room is clean and tidy even when fully loaded. I really liked the hotel and the staff. Great new clean rooms, delicious breakfasts (even a herculean porridge bomb). Great location. Registan and Timur's burial are 5 minutes away on foot. There are many cafes and shops nearby, opposite the registan there is an excellent barbecue at normal prices (18000-25000 soums). On the way to Registan there are 2 alcohol markets (the price of the same cognac may differ almost 2 times, they are bred))) I definitely recommend the hotel!

It's a great place. Near the center, everything is within walking distance. It's not noisy. The room has everything you need. They asked for a kettle, everything was brought.
There was no electricity on the day of arrival, we had a room changed in another building. Breakfast had everything in sufficient quantity: porridge, eggs, fruits, tea.
The only disadvantage is that the mattresses are hard. Everything is excellent in terms of price/quality

The hotel is in a good location, the main attractions of Samarkand are within walking distance (Registan Square, Gur-Emir Mausoleum, etc.).
The hotel has a fairly fresh renovation, pleasant to the eye. The rooms have hard mattresses, not everyone will be able to sleep comfortably on them. And we had a very noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom in our room, which turns on along with the lighting.
We were pleased with the delicious breakfasts, but the breakfast time is quite late, from 9 o'clock, to make breakfast from 7 and it would be great to be able to walk in the morning before the heat sets in.
You can also change the currency at a good exchange rate at the reception.
