When concluding contracts with this company, require clarification on each point, because the interpretation of each point of the contract by you and MTS is diametrically opposed. For example: the paragraph where it says that you ask to repair your phone free of charge (under warranty) actually means that you REFUSE financial compensation or replacement with another phone if repairing your phone will cost 30% or more of the cost of the repaired device. A regular salon and a place for MTS customer service. Sooo long queues, almost always. There is a Samsung (phones) service. Terminals for fast and interest-free maintenance within MTS services.
I took a smartwatch from the MTS online store and now every week I have to stay there for an hour or two because the watch does not fully work. They are sent to the service, again the same story and so on in a circle, they have already sent it for the third time.
The balance is not displayed every month! The money is coming, but it's not there! Every month they say they will figure it out in this salon! And in the end, nothing, a new month and everything is the same!
