A very young and obviously not experienced girl , after standing in line for about an hour , I did not expect to be refused currency exchange due to the bank's policy , after calling the bank they commented that they had to change , I am not going to stand in this queue again and it is clear that I received a refusal due simply to the inexperience of the employee , who just doesn't know how to exchange it.
