Terrible service, two girls are sitting around, there is 1 queue at the checkout. For the sake of a currency exchange operation, there is a queue of 5 people for 40 minutes

The worst bank for legal entities. Service 0. The methods of work relative to competitors are 10 years outdated. There is also little pleasant for individuals. To order a debit card, you need to have a conversation over the phone at best. At worst, go to the bank and stand in line. Payments on transactions for legal entities are sky-high. There is no mobile application for legal entities. The computer application is terribly inconvenient and also has glitches. The subscription fee for account maintenance drips even when you are not using it. Most competitors do not have these significant disadvantages. To close the account, you need to go around half of Minsk and stand in queues there too!!! And until you close it, the bank is driving you into debt!!! Communication with the bank is only through semi-deaf call center operators, which is very annoying. The worst bank for legal entities!!! And for individuals, there is almost no online services. The only more or less working product of this bank is the Halva installment card.
