A good bank, fast service, convenient location, polite and competent staff. Right next to the subway exit at Malinovka station. There is also an ATM for withdrawing money, as well as an ATM for replenishing the card.

The commission was withdrawn twice.....Employees cannot properly explain why the money was spent somewhere for about a week, then the money returned and they also cannot specify the reason, they respond in the chat for a very long time and in general phrases. A formal approach. I do not recommend it. It would be better to open a card in Turkey(((((

Customer service specialists work very slowly. It takes from 20 to 40 minutes per client. It is impossible to order a coupon without being a bank customer. The queue is always huge, you need to count on 3-4 hours.
