Disgusting. I came to the bank branch today. There was no queue, but an employee was sitting at the cash register. Which is not only rude, but she also turned off the microphone and discussed me with the next cashier (I can read lips very well), wanted to answer, but was in a hurry, so she did not. I will definitely write a complaint next time.

Visually, there are some unusual moments for a bank (non-banking gloss, many specialists sitting next to each other at small counters), but a convenient location and fast service. The specialists are good. Everything is correct and without unnecessary red tape. There is no way to compare it with Belarusbank. Well done.

How many times have I been there, the electronic queue system has broken down so many times. They even tried to fix it once, but it didn't work out. But the cash registers (there are three of them) work quickly, so you didn't have to stand for a long time (there is a place to sit). The staff is quite intelligent, they offer, of course, they don't "push" you what you don't need.
