You can't recommend such a bank to the enemy .After the end of the deposit period, the bank opens a checking account from which money cannot be transferred anywhere .We opened a deposit from the card , then the bank independently transfers money to a dead account from which you can withdraw only after arriving at the branch. I.e., if you are in Russia , then that's it, your money is frozen.There are just no words.
