Zero employees! I just don't understand how they work there... I have a separate last name, the employee incorrectly drafted a statement about a new bank card, how is this even acceptable?! The 2nd moment of the statement was made on 12/17/2024 - the deadline was announced in 3-5 working days, and then it was ready on 01/27/2025, you can calculate it yourself, a month and a half ago! Due to the fact that the employee did not do her job, I get exactly the same card that I have and with the same waiting period! Of course, they offered me "solutions", but what it was is separate, in fact, I have to change everything (wherever the card is registered, all payment templates, etc.) to cover their ass and get exactly the same card that I have in my hands! I will contact another branch of the bank, I definitely won't come to it anymore, and I don't advise you either (the reviews below also say a lot), although I live nearby.

It's been 4 weeks since I can't use my salary card.
At first, for some reason, the card did not arrive at the post office at home. I had to pick it up at the bank, then for some reason it did not pass authorization and I did not receive the PIN code. I had to go to the bank again. The operator said he would solve the problem and call. Nobody called me like that!!! And now I have to go to the department again.
It is impossible to contact the operator, only with the robot, which does not solve the problem.

Why none of the two "rooms" of the bank has a terminal with which it was possible to perform the necessary operations independently is completely unclear.
As a result, you have to stand in line (if the window is open at all) for the simplest operation - to top up the card with cash. Hopefully, eventually, at least the terminal will be installed.
