I want to share my experience of servicing MT Bank. It is really a bank with excellent service and professional staff. Every time I visit the department, I am greeted warmly, all issues are resolved quickly and effectively. The staff is always polite, competent and ready to help, which makes the service process as comfortable as possible.
The only advice for those planning a visit to the bank is to try to avoid lunch time, as there are often long queues during this period. It is better to come in the morning or late in the evening to avoid a long wait.
In general, MT Bank leaves only positive impressions, and I recommend it to everyone who appreciates high-quality banking services.
God help us all, Generation Z has become blue-collar.
We haven't heard about the standards of service here, the queues are kilometers long, the speed of serving is "one step forward, two steps back," the boors are terrible, ill-mannered: they sigh, grunt when they talk, reluctantly chew phrases.
When I wanted to take one of the forms for myself by mistake, this bitter child allowed himself a comment with an intonation, as if I were a dog that took some kind of biaka In the street: "kuuuda, well kuuuda??." Anyway, there's nowhere to fall lower
You have a lot of people in your branch and only two cash registers are open. The branch has an ATM in which there is no money and, accordingly, there is no way to withdraw it when your time is limited. There are 2 ATMs in the mall and none of them have enough money. Thank you to the "beloved" bank for leaving us without cash for the holiday weekend!
