We arrived by appointment with a serious patient , we came in only an hour later , wasn't it possible to call to warn that another was taken without waiting in line! I do not advise you to come here!

I don't remember the exact date, we brought my grandmother from a multiprofile hospital two weeks ago by appointment, she was given an anesthetic injection to make it easier to transfer the procedure. She had to wait in a wheelchair for an hour before she was accepted.
