The employee in window 2, a blonde girl of about 17 years old with glasses (I don't remember her last name), surprisingly quickly and professionally sorted out my difficult situation and issued documents. I came to mreo 2 with mreo 1. In the first one, they refused to accept a request from the registry for the notarial procedure of inheritance. The mreo 2 provided high and qualified assistance, everything was done quickly, many thanks to all the mreo staff!
