The DOSAAF department (where they take driving) is located on the other side of the city (you can get from the nearest bus stop by bus "14"), if you have time and clearly plan the removal of the car from the register, then you can manage in 2 hours.
A small guide:
Passing the theoretical exam (SDA on computers) takes place every day, recording from 8 00. If you don't give up, come back in a week, and so on 3 times. After 3 failures, you will come to the fourth in 30 days, and so it will be until you pass the "theory".
With the practical exam (driving), after passing the theory, it will be much more difficult. We must take into account the day when they hand over (the delivery plans hang in the 8th window), it is difficult to figure it out, but it is possible. I can say one thing about driving: do not show excitement when you hand over, drive normally and have your license (registration of which can be waited for hours) in your pocket.
The worst organization I've ever encountered. Computers can be buggy during delivery. One person threw away a lot of money because of this. Driving cards, as it turned out, are now issued on an "honest word".
