The main problem is queues.
It's stressful to pass theory.
The DOSAAF department (where they take driving) is located on the other side of the city (you can get from the nearest bus stop by bus "14"), if you have time and clearly plan the removal of the car from the register, then you can manage in 2 hours.
A small guide:
Passing the theoretical exam (SDA on computers) takes place every day, recording from 8 00. If you don't give up, come back in a week, and so on 3 times. After 3 failures, you will come to the fourth in 30 days, and so it will be until you pass the "theory".
With the practical exam (driving), after passing the theory, it will be much more difficult. We must take into account the day when they hand over (the delivery plans hang in the 8th window), it is difficult to figure it out, but it is possible. I can say one thing about driving: do not show excitement when you hand over, drive normally and have your license (registration of which can be waited for hours) in your pocket.
The worst organization I've ever encountered. Computers can be buggy during delivery. One person threw away a lot of money because of this. Driving cards, as it turned out, are now issued on an "honest word".
The very essence of the institution justifies its composition.
It's not often that you have to make out cars or change documents, but these few times are remembered for a long time. All the employees are barely moving, as if you came to their house on a weekend to arrange a dock. And the old transport inspector is generally a pensioner with his own principles. If you don't like something, I threw the documents and went on. And he finds fault with the little things where it is necessary and not necessary. He goes out strictly on schedule, makes a circle and back to the hole. Wait an hour for the next inspection
That's horrible. It's +32 outside, the fucking car inspector didn't come out at either 14:00 or 14:30, constant queues, horror. When they are already engaged, there is no such disregard for people in any organization. And we also pay for each service.

I am extremely outraged by the work of this sharashka, completely unprofessional and very slow! The process of re-registration of a car takes at least a day, and the bureaucrats!
We arrived to de-register the car at 8.30. They left at 18.00 and didn't take it off. One day is not enough to de-register a car. The work of the staff is disgusting, extremely unprofessional.
