I recently visited the shawarma shop "Mr.Pablo" in Minsk and was very pleased! The atmosphere of the establishment is cozy and modern, the staff is friendly and always ready to help with the choice.
As for the shawarma itself, it is simply magnificent! Fresh ingredients, juicy meat and perfectly balanced sauces make each serving a real gastronomic pleasure. I especially liked the shawarma with chicken and signature sauce – you can just lick your fingers!
The prices are quite adequate, and the portions are large, so you definitely won't go hungry. We were also pleased with the variety of the menu – everyone will find something to their taste. Delivery is fast and without delays, which is also a big plus.

I went to have a snack without any special expectations, but the shawarma turned out to be really delicious! The meat is juicy, not dry, the sauce is in moderation — not too greasy, but the taste is bright. The pita bread is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, just as it should be.
The price is super affordable, especially considering the serving size. It rarely tastes so good for that kind of money.
The service is fast, the guys are polite, they work with a smile — it's always nice. The interior is modest, but clean, you can safely eat and take your time.
In general, it's a great option for a quick snack. I'm happy and I'll definitely come back.

According to the shawarma itself: lavash is non-standard, dense. The meat is not felt, there are streaks and skin (?), the vegetables are cold. The sauce is not too greasy, sweet. According to the general impression - something passing, without emotions. According to the price tag, something sky-high for a regional shawarma, when there are competitors nearby :)

The music is playing VERY loudly in the restaurant. Some kind of semi-criminal rap on a big fan. To the question, why is it so loud? To me, in a rather defiant tone (either the manager, or the mentor of the cashier's girlfriend) replied that, I quote, "everyone likes it." To all of whom? Maybe he likes it, but why should I listen to music that he likes, and even at such an obscene volume?! It's just unpleasant to be in an institution.

For the fourth time, the institution was given another attempt at correction. Returning home from work, I needed a quick snack, a call to the institution for pre-order... The staff's response: "Pablo on Korzhenevsky, wait a couple of seconds ..."
Waited about 5 minutes...During this time, I almost got to the restaurant. At the same time, from the background sounds, it was not audible that the staff was particularly busy...conversations on a free topic. As a result, another representative of the institution picks up the phone, as if nothing had happened and, without apologies for waiting, is finally ready to accept the order... After that, the desire to use their services completely disappeared.
