Review across the entire network. When opening the franchise, it was very cool: delicious, lots of it, inexpensive and fast (which is how a kebab should be - it's a street food after all). Now it's gone downhill - delivery is rarely on time, and upon arrival, the kebab has already cooled down. The weight is less than stated. And the price tag, Mother of God, have mercy.
In Minsk, chicken kebabs cost from 8 to 12 rubles. A LAMB kebab costs 15 (!). And here, by the way, the price for chicken starts from 11.5. I'm blown away by how awesome the owners of the establishment are. And I don't need to fill in the costs here, I worked in catering, I know how to make layouts.
Although, I admit, it's still delicious, but not for such a price.

We ordered delivery with the current promotion for 45 minutes or a kebab for free, the order arrived in an hour and a half. They refused to give the promo code on a far-fetched pretext. At the same time, they always said that the courier was already at the entrance, as a result, he stood outside in the rain for about 40 minutes. In the end, they generally stated that government employees are not entitled to discounts: this is the company's policy.

Today we bought shawarma there, for 9.99 we got a weight of 398 grams, (450 declared). And this is an average size, I'm afraid to imagine what a small shawarma.
There is no way to taste, the tomato was found only at the end of the shawarma (2 pieces). The white sauce (like garlic) tastes more like Greek sauce, there is no hint of garlic there. The meat tastes tasteless at all.
We will definitely never take it there again.
