We came across a salesman who spoke good Russian. Friendly, with a sense of humor. Therefore, we were satisfied with the service. I bought a SIM card because I already wanted to get a mobile Internet connection. Plus, it was cheaper than at the airport, so I decided that the price was already more or less fair. I was stunned when I later came across salons selling the same communication packages for 4 (!) times cheaper.
