On April 27, at 18:35, my family and I came for a haircut, no one met at the entrance (nothing, we are all people, I went on business). After 3-5 minutes, the administrator came to the reception, an extremely unfriendly person (Anna), did not say hello herself, did not specify anything from us, did not explain anything what to do. After we asked about the master ourselves, she grinned and said "he'll be right there", after which her colleague called for a shawarma and she left (we remained standing in the doorway for another 10 minutes before the master arrived). During the whole time that we were there, she went out a couple of times (to herself for coffee) and counted the guests… By the way, everyone who came or those who already had to leave all stood under the reception and waited for the administrator to come out, since she was never in place.
The girl needs to master working with people, learn politeness and learn to smile, since I did not come to her house and I do not want to see her discontented face.
As for my son's haircut, everything is fine, everyone was satisfied.
