The car wash is quite decent (if compared with washing a car at home - this is of course heaven and earth). In an accessible place, the entrance considering the roads of our city is gorgeous, there is a place where you can wipe if there is such a need. And the price suits me personally quite well. One drawback is that a large queue sometimes forms, although this is more of a plus than a minus. It turns out that the sink is in great demand (you just need to find your convenient time). I wash my car regularly. I am quite satisfied with the quality of such a service.

I explained the situation to the employee of the car wash - he explained to me that apparently something was wrong with mine. I washed with him, after which he contacted the management who advised him to wash some one element of the car to prove to me that the sink performs its functions properly))) after a thorough attempt to wash it did not work out, well, of course, I even doubted at first that maybe I was washing it somehow wrong. But after the 'experiment', the employee agreed with me that it wasn't about me)). Finale: a long conversation between the employee and the management with a bunch of questions about where I washed the car last time (at the same car wash) and so on... And in the end, they told me if you still have any complaints, send them in writing! To put it mildly, I am amazed at such a high customer orientation, even more than the quality of the sink! Well, guys, there's no point in going to this car wash at all, objectively, it doesn't wash anything

3. The machine refused to accept ruble coins.
As a result, I was passing through your city and wanted to rinse the car, but I was disappointed. You run, you fuss, in order to meet the time (1 ruble = 1 minute), and there are only 10 seconds to switch modes there. I don't recommend it.

The detergents themselves are as ineffective as possible, the car will still remain unwashed, it is enough to swipe your finger along the body after the "wash" to make sure of this.
He counts the seconds of work even with the trigger of the washing gun released, there is no way to stop the washing, only if the money runs out. That is, money burns even if you don't hold a gun in your hands. In normal car washes, the countdown is only when using a gun, or, in extreme cases, there is a Stop button so that the countdown can be suspended.
Parking for drying cars is one meter from the washing box, that is, if you dry your car, and the next person is washing in the box, then all his dirt and detergents will fly to your clean car. This is especially noticeable in winter, when you don't have time to get out of the car to wipe it with a rag, but the soap splashes are already frozen on the car and there are more and more of them every second...
And, of course, queues. Usually 10-15 cars, you have to wait for 20-30 minutes.
This is the kind of service you get when there is no competition! 👎
