I ordered a Luxury car wash. We did it efficiently. While washing the car, they waited on the sofa, where the payment for the car wash takes place. The timing is also good. Automatic washing is faster, of course, but with manual washing it is more efficient. There was no queue (when I arrived in the afternoon). He rang the bell, opened it and drove into the car wash. The location is also quite good. I liked everything.

I don't often use the services of this sink, but somehow to this day there have been no questions. As I was driving out, I noticed drops and streaks on the passenger side window. I thought it was splashing water. I drove home (~ 700 meters), tried to wipe it off, the drops turned into a gray solid substance that did not want to peel off. Another group of the same "splashes" was found in the corner of the windshield. I returned to the car wash an hour later. Denis, the employee, did not behave adequately, accused me that I should have (hey, Denis, should I?) poke your finger into these streaks to get them removed. Before I went to the car wash, I poked at the spots on the hood that hadn't been washed since the last time, either tree sap or pollen? And, most likely, Denis used some kind of chemistry to remove the previous stains and splattered the glass. But he refused to remove these "traces".
She asked for a complaint book. Oh! This is a Talmud worthy of attention. There are many complaints! Denis doesn't give a damn about clients and their property. I wonder if the manager does too?
