In general, outdoor recreation is always great, but there were nuances.
Two complexes of houses, I'll call them that, are located very close to each other, and in the case of several noisy companies, difficulties may arise. There were problems with hot water in the skier's house, it did not warm up to a well-heated state in 2 days, especially on the second floor. In the bathroom on the second floor, the water in the shower cabin drained poorly and there was an unpleasant smell (feline). In the kitchen area, the refrigerator door does not close on its own, it needs to be pressed down and held for a while, which is inconvenient to say the least.
The Wi-Fi Internet is very weak, everything was loaded very badly, there is almost no cellular connection, and even those calls did not always break through. The set-top box doesn't work, they can't fix it yet for some reason, they warned us about it upon our arrival, the guests are sitting in silence, the Internet is bad, the music doesn't work either))
The boiler room area is located under the stairs right in the hall opposite the table, it is not covered in any way, which is not very safe in the presence of small children.
Plus, we were given one important condition- to wash all the dishes and throw out the trash- everything seems to be clear, and we are not pigs, but comrades, why do people pay you a lot of money?)) we are an ordinary and adequate company, with children, and we have something to compare it with, but it was honestly not clear. Yes, the house is in good condition, comfortable beds, clean and well-worn linens, good plumbing (except for the shower cabin), but with the little things I listed (or not) I would like to share it with future visitors, and note to the hosts. We had no desire to return there. Something like this.

Hello everyone, we were in this wonderful place at the beginning of January, moms are not the ones who leave reviews, but I really wanted to write here ... wherever we are in Belarus, this is probably the most unwelcoming house in relation to the organization of the meeting…
Of the cons : the Internet doesn't work at all, Wi-Fi doesn't seem to be there, it doesn't load anything, it doesn't catch anything, the doors on the second floor didn't close, there was practically no warm water, it was rare but not for long, the boiler room in the living room on the first floor is not sewn, it spoils the appearance very much, especially if you relax with young children it is very dangerous the smell in the bathroom on the second floor is terrible, there is a barbecue in front of the house itself at the entrance, three meters from it there is a second house and a second barbecue, and also after three to 5 meters there is a third house with a third barbecue, and of course next to them there is a fourth house and a fourth barbecue, if you gather three or four noisy companies, it is it won't be exactly a vacation, we wish everyone that the neighbors who rent neighboring houses were adequate, but as you know, it doesn't always work out.
In the courtyard of the house there is an unfinished object that is absolutely not fenced or hidden in any way, sticks of iron are sticking out, which is quite traumatic for children!
The biggest disadvantage and the fact that it was probably as unexpected as possible, we were not asked, but were told at the very end to clean up after ourselves and wash the dishes as much as possible, this is implied, we always clean up after ourselves, but since they said it, it was a shame... no feelings, pure money,
wherever we were in which of the manors in Belarus, there was no such thing, with all the understanding of everything, for such money you can smile at least once, the bathhouse on the second floor is very stuffy, it is impossible to stay, it is very hot, the bathhouse is very small and designed for a maximum of four people!
The bath caps are, to put it mildly, very untidy…
And on the plus side ... the houses are located in the forest, the nature and the air are very beautiful, there is a river near the house, the descent to it is quite elastic, but very close, there is something to see and where to walk, if you are lucky with the weather, super clean linen, clean beds, plumbing is quite new, the houses were clean and thanks a lot, although this is how it should be, but against the background of everything else, there was at least some joy for us!
Based on all of the above, we probably won't be coming back here.✌️

A place with a soul and incredible landscapes: enchants the forest area of the forest and a river nearby. You relax and fill up in silence and fresh air. So this is a great place to escape from the stone jungle :)
The houses are cozy, clean. You wake up to the sound of birds singing, the bedrooms on the second floor have access to balconies where you can celebrate the day with a cup of tea. The kitchen also has everything you need! And there is a barbecue on the street.
I'm already luring all my friends and family, I want to come back, I especially liked the silence and comfort, the location in the middle of the forest and the friendly staff🤍

I was there with my friends and it was the best solution for a summer vacation!
The house is spacious, everything was clean, the plumbing is new and everything works. The territory is very large. There is even a pond and a sauna! The girl with whom we talked about renting the estate also left positive impressions, because she helped a lot with choosing the date and answered all the questions (and there were many of them).
And there was such silence around that it was even unusual after the noisy city. It's a pity that you can only give 5 stars

There are some ruins of an old building in the middle of the territory, which are not covered by anything.
Therefore, if you are planning a trip with children, then be prepared that they will need to be monitored so that no one climbs or falls anywhere
We had an event in the banquet hall, upon arrival at the territory near this banquet hall there were two mountains of firewood, which the workers slowly removed after a while

They may not be prepared for your arrival, well, nothing, you'll take a walk somewhere for an hour, no problem?
Rooms with kettles are descaled, so if you want to drink tea, then the scum will be a bonus to tea drinking

3. The administration will smile in your face, but will not be able to solve a single issue. There is absolutely no customer orientation and service.
The accommodation of the guests is not thought out !
Both the quiet vacationers and the company who wanted to relax in the sauna and in the banquet hall suffered from this!
30 people booked houses , a banquet hall and a bathhouse for a birthday celebration, and as a result, they spent the whole evening talking with the administration about the noise in the bathhouse! In the bathhouse! Which was booked for a vacation
And if you want to celebrate something in the banquet hall, then you can only listen to music inside and only with the doors closed. Is it a thrill to sit indoors with music in the summer?
For a more fun holiday company, I definitely do not advise this institution, because if you suddenly make noise, then in the morning you may be asked for 300 rubles, for preventing the rest of the house that they inhabited near the bathhouse and banquet hall.
And in the toilet near the banquet hall, the toilet does not close ..
Will I come back here? No
Would I recommend it to someone? No

A great place to relax in silence. The houses are clean, well-groomed, the dishes are new, and there is enough of it. You can make kebabs next to the house, and look at the stars at night. I haven't seen such a sky for a long time. We rested on weekdays, so there were no other guests there, so it was especially dark and quiet at night. Retro magazines were also found in the house, nostalgia surged madly, even for the sake of them I could have returned! I advise you!

We really liked it! The place is located near or in Nalibokskaya Pushcha. There is an awesome pond with very cool frogs on the territory, and the critical Usa River flows behind the fence, to which there is access. Everything is very picturesque and beautiful. Three houses, two of which are modern and new, divided into two apartments. The interior is very clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable, there are balconies overlooking the forest. It's great to have breakfast there. There is also a large, heated gazebo, a banquet hall in a separate building, a sauna, a playground, a trampoline, swings and hammocks. I advise everyone!
P.S. The hosts and the administrator are very good, you can arrange everything!

A great place for a family vacation!!! There were several companies in the estate at the same time (with and without children), but due to the fact that the accommodation was thought out to the smallest detail, there was a feeling of peace and quiet. There are activities for people of different ages, from just sitting on the porch, riding in a hammock or swing, to having fun jumping on a trampoline and riding down a slide.
The houses are clean, tidy, modern interior and the smell of wood!!!
