Not a cheap pharmacy, many medicines are more expensive than the average in the city, and diapers generally cost as if they were made of gold. And the service is very slow, you can fall asleep while you wait.
Dear administration of pharmacy number 43 of the fifth category in Baranovichi, 7 Masherov Avenue, LLC "My pharmacy".
I would like to draw your attention to the work of one of your employees, namely Natalia Tomashevskaya.
03/31/2020 I made a purchase at this pharmacy at 12:fourteen o'clock.
I ordered a jar of chlorhexidine and four reusable masks from this seller.
The employee walks away and takes out a large package of masks and starts counting them out, then puts this product in a bag. For prevention purposes, I did not consider it necessary to count the masks with dirty hands, because this is a hygiene product.
But apparently in vain!
Even at the pharmacy, when I was given this bag with folded masks, it seemed small to me, the thought flashed through my head: "Maybe they began to make them in one layer of gauze," but I had no desire to open it and touch the mask with my hands, because before that I was holding money in my hands. And reassuring myself that the seller was counting them out, I left.
When I came home and decided to show off my purchases in front of my family and opened the package, I was wildly surprised, just a "MIRACLE" - there were only two masks there! Question: "How were they counted?"
I just can't wrap my head around it. After all, two masks are far from 4.
There are a lot of questions.
I live nearby and it was not difficult for me to return to this pharmacy and ask Natalia again with a question:" Why was the product not issued strictly by receipt?" I asked to look at the cameras and check everything by checks.
To which she replied to me: " It seems to me that I put 4 "
Believe me, if I had received my four masks by receipt, then I would simply have no reason to go back to the store!
Please take note of this information and pay attention to the work of this employee. After all, very elderly people come to the pharmacy who can't see well and I think they won't immediately notice that they haven't been given, say, a plate of pills.
Please be vigilant and attentive!
Sincerely, Svetlana.

I put a huge minus, yesterday I bought a pressure measuring device, but it is not working properly. Today we were asked to return it, but we were refused it. Having said that it is necessary to carry out an examination, but I am hypertensive and I cannot wait for the test without the device.
