We bought a stroller. There was a six-month warranty. During the warranty period, the wheels were changed twice, the husband himself forged the cradle holder, because the brake constantly opened and began to fall off. In the end, the director told us that we did not use the stroller correctly and, if we want, then we should buy new wheels at our own expense. As a result, we have a broken stroller and no compensation. In the neighboring stores, we were told that it is better not to contact this director, because he will not return the money anyway, but we will only lose time, money and nerves, because there have already been such cases more than once. Sellers are constantly changing in the store, they take the young and incompetent to save on wages. Therefore, before buying things like strollers, cribs, etc. there.(they have the cheapest ones and, accordingly, the lowest quality) think about it, because a miser pays twice!!! We had to buy a new stroller at a nearby store, and this one was in the trash!!
