We traveled to Belarus from Russia, but the gearbox broke on the way to Minsk. The choice fell on this service, and it did not disappoint. The mechanic took over on a day off, gave a consultation and got down to business.
In 5 days, the gearbox was removed, reassembled, put back in and everything was set up. We were able to continue on our way. The work was done efficiently.

Purchase of the first car. I've been looking for a long time for a place to turn to Peugeot. It was necessary to set it at full speed, because there was a trip to Grodno and back for the holidays. I called a bunch of services, many where the nearest entry was at least two weeks later. Somewhere after communication, the desire to go there disappeared. And so I came across "My mechanic". Ilya agreed to take it, even though he said that they also had everything planned out. From the first minutes of talking on the phone, I realized that this is the place where we are interested in helping you and your car! Pleasant, respectful communication, engaging in conversation. In general, you can say, "in your own way" :) There was a significant amount of work to be done on many car components. Ilya explained everything about spare parts and upcoming work in a transparent and accessible manner. During the renovation, I constantly called back and kept up to date with what was going on. I would like to thank this service and, as I believe, its owner himself, who responded to help in a difficult situation. They were given a car for repair, which many people would not want to lift or look at due to various risks and situations, but they told me on Saturday at 22.50 that you were bringing it, and we would lift it somehow.
The clutch and manual transmission were replaced, and a week later, minor repairs were made so that you could +- move around by car and not endanger anyone.

The guys helped out in a difficult situation. Before them, we went to 3 more services and they all refused us. We arrived on vacation, were about to leave, and heard a strange sound in the car, we decided to stop by the service just in case. We planned to leave the next day, but it turned out that a lot of things needed to be changed. The guys got to work right away and handed over the car the very next day. The time was oriented as accurately as possible. Prices for both work and spare parts are 2 times cheaper than in Russia. Since we have a Russian cellular connection, we were contacted via WA. We are incredibly grateful to them for their help, for their responsiveness and the quality of their work.

After going on vacation with my family to Minsk, I got into a small accident on the way. Antifreeze leaked out, having issued the euro protocol, I started looking for a service that could quickly resolve the issue of car repairs. By a lucky chance, I found "my mechanic", which I never regretted!
Ilya himself, the head, an excellent master and a good man, answered the call. The car was brought in a tow truck, after which the inspection began. The diagnosis is a broken radiator. Later it turned out that there were problems with my car with spare parts in Minsk. But Ilya agreed to help with the search for spare parts and repairs. After 2 days, I picked up the car at full speed!

Today I asked about the repair of a muffler in a Volkswagen Polo. After explaining their problem over the phone, they immediately diagnosed that a corrugation replacement was required.But anyway, they said that in any case it is necessary to look at the lift. I arrived, lifted the car and turned out to be right. They said that the car would be ready within 3 hours and they could order the corrugation themselves with delivery.
