Delicious food, dinners and breakfasts were served. Beautiful location of the hotel. The staff is trying to help. But... You can swim on the hotel's beach only with a risk to your health - the waves have washed a hole along the shore, which is why the waves are very strong and all the time. And the hotel's pool is small. there is a place between the buildings, covered with rocks from the waves. But there's a dumpster, a rag, and papers. Swimming there, in the only suitable place for swimming near the hotel, is not allowed, the gate is locked, I have not seen the garbage being cleaned. Sri Lanka is a very beautiful country, lotuses, peacocks, bright abundant greenery, of course, did not leave anyone indifferent. It's just a pity we didn't swim much.
The hotel is a 10-minute drive from Colombo. A normal hotel, the food is not bad. It has its own beach, there are not many people, mostly the older contingent. There is a swimming pool, not a big one. You can go on excursions with the local population, at times cheaper than with a tour operator. The hotel is more for a family, relaxing holiday, there are no discos, they don't take you anywhere. Quiet and peaceful. Fans of this should go to Unawatuna. We had a great rest, it was our first time in Sri Lanka. It's a very beautiful country, the nature itself. There's plenty of dirt, just like everywhere else. We liked it, we recommend it. Not for party lovers.
