I bought an engine for a Peugeot 508 with delivery to Yekaterinburg. I needed the column itself, because they found cracks in the casings in mine. The engine arrived on time, outwardly normal. But after installation, it went wrong for 100 km of mileage. They offered to return it back, where a mechanic would check it and, if the problem was confirmed, replace it. When asked to make repairs on site and compensate for the costs of it, they replied that they were only ready to partially compensate for the cost of the engine or return the engine. They only agreed to compensate for 50% of the repair cost.
The autopsy showed that the head was hurt (it's good that the old engine didn't have time to throw away, the old head was taken).

As a result, we found it on the Internet in this organization according to the characteristics of the car, they sent it to us on a day off when our service station was not working, so there was no opportunity to check. Later, when checking, it did not fit in size, when contacting the organization with a request for a refund, we were refused, because we needed to name not the characteristics of the car, but the number of the car, but at the same time the consultant himself did not ask us this and did not advise anything. There was no opportunity to talk with the management, the consultant said on the phone that he decided to talk himself, then they agreed to return 80% to us. 100% were held. The attitude is far from client-oriented, the consultant is incompetent. It feels like just to sell. It's not the first time we get a spare part, but it's the first time we've encountered such a terrible attitude. Be careful with the choice of the organization in which you purchase an expensive product.

I bought a z14xer from the guys, the pros- the store is always in touch, they send photos and videos in PM with an endoscope, the mileage is similar to the declared one, the engine has a compression of more than 14 kg in cylinders. Of the disadvantages, I still had to change the chain with a Sedative, flush the hydrants and change the hanging valve. I put it on and went, it did not work out, nevertheless, I am satisfied with the purchase.

I ordered an internal combustion engine for Volvo s40 b4164s2. The engine is mounted. All the fun started when the engine came. All the attachments that were standing were not suitable. Namely: the conder- bearing was buzzing, the pulley was broken on the gur, to which they told me, it's okay, it happens. The generator also had to be installed, because when the engine was already started, the bearing was buzzing. Ie . in fact, I put all my old attachments. And to my question, why did I buy a hinged one from you, they gave an ingenious answer: well, it's working, . That's not all, they started the engine, the vvt clutch, started rattling, they took it off again, put mine on, and all this money is out of my pocket. One ignition coil was in some kind of oxides. In general, guys think a hundred times before ordering from them. They sang songs beautifully, what a good engine, etc. In fact, no one will help you. They returned 3,000 rubles to me , it's cool, really. And I just gave 5000 for replacing the vvt clutch through their fault. Not to mention the useless attachment. It's all negative memories. I will not advise anyone.
