Later, when checking, it did not fit in size, when contacting the organization with a request for a refund, we were refused, because we needed to name not the characteristics of the car, but the number of the car, but at the same time the consultant himself did not ask us this and did not advise anything. There was no opportunity to talk with the management, the consultant said on the phone that he decided to talk himself, then they agreed to return 80% to us. 100% were held. The attitude is far from client-oriented, the consultant is incompetent. It feels like just to sell. It's not the first time we get a spare part, but it's the first time we've encountered such a terrible attitude. Be careful with the choice of the organization in which you purchase an expensive product.
