I took my first bike, so I have almost no experience. The guys told me everything, advised me which model to take. Even the most naive questions were answered. As a result, I purchased Regulmoto Alien Monster 300 cheaper than on other sites. They brought it fully assembled on their own transport. We honestly lowered the assembly price because the motorcycle came almost assembled. Even after the purchase, support is felt - he called with questions, prompted, and if problems arose, they promised to come themselves (it was not necessary). The attitude towards the client is just great. There are several suggestions: to open a service center (it is even strange that it is not there, although it is mentioned on the website) and to indicate prices in the list of products on the website (in some places there are no prices at all). Well, to make the documentation of the transaction more transparent, because every movement of materials / finances must be documented. It's kind of fast without it, even though everything went smoothly.

I bought a new Regulmoto Alien Monster 300. I was looking for a good price and everything would be in order, I came across MOTODOM, looked at it for a long time and decided to order through them. I have never regretted it)
The guys turned out to be smart, communication with the client turned out to be a huge plus - good advice and decent, polite communication, very pleasant!
We delivered it to the house in our car for free.
I definitely recommend these guys, the people in the subject, with knowledge of their business. (all the nuances were discussed immediately before the purchase/by order, so there were no surprises)

I wanted to buy a motorcycle at the Motohome store, but I ran into a number of unpleasant moments. Prices are indicated in $ (some strange rules, they take only colored ones) or at the rate in BYN, which they set themselves. At the time of my visit, the current exchange rate was 3.27, but the cashier called 3.4. After my objections, he lowered it to 3.3.
I left a reservation for a motorcycle in the amount of 330 BYN. At the same time, no documents were issued, only a cash receipt. The next day, I decided to cancel the reservation and refund the money, but I was informed that the refund amount would be less than I had deposited. It was only after persistent objections that the full amount was returned to me.
Delivery is also not easy – it is possible only on a convenient day for the store. If you need delivery on a specific day, you will have to pay extra.
In general, my impressions of the store were unpleasant, so I chose another seller. Be careful when shopping!

As a result, after looking at the reviews, I stopped at Regulmoto TE. I turned to the MOTORCYCLE house, although this model was not available. And, nevertheless, the motorcycle was brought, assembled, the whole range of work on the preparation of the motorcycle was carried out and brought to Vitebsk within the agreed time frame.
