In early August, we spent several days at the Fish Factory (Ldzaa village, Pitsunda). We stayed at the guest house "Sea Breeze" (15 Primorskaya Street). The hospitable hostess Anastasia met us, showed us the rooms and guided us around the area. Since a friend with problem legs was vacationing with us, they asked for rooms on the ground floor when booking. Anastasia kindly provided them to us. The rooms are clean, bright, renovated with a certain design. There was everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Even on the ground floor there was an open veranda with tables, armchairs and a view of the cozy green courtyard. Anastasia loves plants very much, takes care of them and cuts them beautifully. For the convenience of vacationers, there is a large kitchen with the necessary equipment, furniture and utensils. However, we went to the canteen "Hominy", located in the next house. It is quite possible to go there with children. The beach is across the street. Shops and cafes are within walking distance. There is a parking lot. One of the employees was on the territory of the guest house around the clock. All the issues that arose were resolved promptly, up to the transfer order. "Sea Breeze" meets the criterion of "price - quality". Families with children, those who prefer a relaxing holiday, clean sea and sparsely populated areas will like it here. We'll be back here next year.

We wanted to relax in this guest house in August 2024, we booked it, considering the negative reviews biased, because this is Abkhazia and you need to be prepared for its authenticity.But this guest house is just TERRIBLE! For 6000 per day, you get a very dirty room, stained bed linen, the TV did not work, water flows from the air conditioner into the room, I don't say anything about noise at all.We spent the night and left, even the retention of funds for 3 days did not stop us. I don't recommend this guest house, it's the worst I've ever seen

We had a family vacation at Valentina's. A commenter writing that he rented a room for 5500 is either blatantly lying or confusing something. There are simply no such prices here. The most expensive room with all amenities is 2000 rubles per day (in which we lived). About cleaning and so on. You need to understand that you are not in a hotel, the rooms are rented by a private trader. Valentina is alone for the whole "Sea Breeze", she cleans rooms after vacationers, she also keeps order, in general, everything is on her. The room in which we lived is clean and tidy (there was an experience with expensive hotels that had good repairs, but it was so dirty ...) The hostess is a kind-hearted person, so all the comments about which evil hosts are not clear at all. The most pleasant impressions remained from the rest! Already missing Jessica💙(this is the owner's spaniel)

We are currently here. For this money (450 r/day per person in August) everything is just fine! After looking around and finding out the prices on the so-called 1st and 2nd lines, where for fabulous money there is no TV in the room (no, well, it's a trifle, of course, but a fact.), I come to the conclusion that we settled in great! Well, yes, it's hard for us seals to climb the hill, but, on the other hand, it's useful! I think, in my life circumstances, the hostess is well done!

We had a rest in August 2022. I didn't like it: the room was never cleaned, the room was cleaned and the garbage was taken out by themselves, the bed linen was never changed in 9 days, although they paid very good money for the room (5,500 rubles during the day), the light on our floor was turned off very often, although it was on everywhere, so almost every night and day the air conditioner did not work, we had to constantly look for the owner to connect the light. The owners of this house, and there turned out to be a lot of them, are rude and boors, ill-mannered people, a solid mat. Ruined the whole vacation. I do not advise you to go to this "guest house".

I'm ready to put 0 for this attitude towards vacationers. we booked a room with amenities in January. In fact, we were put in a room 4 by 4. After being asked to move to another room, the hostess decided to show all her hospitality and began to expel from the room, not allowing us to properly find a replacement for this shed. It's good that there were friends in Sochi who were able to accept!
