There are a lot of fish swimming in the sea. There is a living coral at the pier. There is something to see. The Marina embankment, fish market and mosque are close to the hotel. You can take a walk. What I didn't like: the numbers. But here, as luck would have it. Initially, I was accommodated in a room with a view of a fence and either a construction site or a garbage dump. Although the room itself was large, the bathroom was terrible (dilapidated). She asked for another room, and was reluctantly moved the next day. During the day, you don't even have to go to a restaurant for lunch, because you drink and eat pizza near the sea), everything is very tasty, the rooms are nice and spacious, the only thing on the 6th day was the smell of sewage, but it's okay, we didn't sit in the room. Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby, and it's even good that we weren't on the Internet, we could buy a SIM card and use it, but we didn't buy it. the only negative is the wind, but still it's winter in January), everyone was swimming in the sea. We went to Luxor for an excursion, I really liked it, but the road is long, 5 hours there and 5 hours back. In general, everything is fine, the sea is gorgeous, I will definitely return to Egypt and recommend it to you. There was also some entertainment every day before lunch and in the evening. We had a rest from 22.10 to 29.10. 24, we liked everything. The hotel is cozy, the territory is small, but well maintained. The staff is friendly and friendly. Animation is on top, they work all day, no one was left without attention, neither adults nor children. The food was without frills, but no one was hungry. Every day meat, chicken, fish, various side dishes, porridges, soups, fruits, salads, vegetables, pastries. Plus, there are two bars on the beach and one in the lobby, where you can also have a snack and drink various cocktails. We haven't tried alcohol, but the fruit is very tasty. The entrance to the sea is for every taste - sandy, from a pontoon, coral. We swam in the pool once, the water is really very cold. Room cleaning, change of towels, water every day. Special thanks to Mustafa for this, he tried very hard and is always ready to help. During the rest, we did not hear a rude word from anyone from the staff, even quite the contrary, everyone is very friendly. The rest in Moreno left only warm impressions! The rooms are cozy, everything is clean and tidy. The food was delicious and varied — every day we found something new that we wanted to try.
Animators are just the soul of the hotel. They not only entertain, but also create the very atmosphere when you feel like you are part of a large company. Games, dancing, evening shows — everything is on top!
I was also pleased with the beach: clean sand, clear water and convenient access to the sea. The hotel left a feeling of comfort and joy. I definitely want to come back here!

Minuses:get ready to swear at the reception for a nice room with a beautiful view (it was important to us). 2 times they gave me a terrible room. View of the parking lot or construction site. From 3 times with a scandal, they gave a good one. The shower is broken in the bathroom. The hose is leaking. The water is pouring in all directions because of this. Water is given 1 small bottle per person per day. They are brought when cleaning the room. She's missing. I have to beg at the reception. Other hotels give 1 liter. That's quite enough. Beds with mattresses have to be occupied in the morning. If you don't get it, you will always find a sagging sunbed or without a mattress. You'll be lying on the boards.
The sea is gorgeous. There are 2 beaches. With a very good sand pass. There are a lot of people there, respectively. And the second one with a sunset with dead corals below. You can injure your foot or swim in shoes. There are not many fish compared to Charm. But they are there.
In general, I recommend hotels. It corresponds to 4 stars. If you do not pay attention to the disadvantages. They are not significant for us.

Moreno is a place where you feel at home. The rooms are clean and bright, everything is thought out for convenience. The food is delicious, there is something new every day, and everything is fresh.

The hotel is price-quality, to be honest, I'm not picky because I spent a lot of time in the dorm.
In Kracia, the huge advantages are: 1.) the location of the hotel itself, there is a place to walk the Marina port, the center of Hurghada, old Hurghada.
2.) The reef is just awesome, the wildlife is diverse and it makes no sense to pay $ and go on a boat somewhere
3.) The beach is sandy on one side for children, on the other there are dead and living corals with a reef.

We rested from 4.05 to 15.05 at this hotel. We liked everything. Responsive staff, fun animation. The food was also fine, of course without frills, but it was quite decent, especially the pastries. And of course, a beautiful territory, a great beach and the purest sea with corals. Delicious cocktails are made at the beach bar, you can also have a snack-pizza, French fries, vegetables, there was a watermelon a couple of times. We also liked the ice cream at the paid bar. I almost forgot, the territory has its own water park, a children's pool, slides, as well as 4 slides for adults. And, I was also surprised that the hotel is being renovated, but this does not interfere with rest in any way, no noise, no smells. Drinks on the beach at the bar, in the lobby and in the restaurant during meal hours! There is also pizza on the beach, French fries (very tasty), etc.
I was pleased with the animation on the beach for both adults and children! I'll mention it separately! The animation guys are great funny guys, they speak a little Russian and English! It was always nice and fun to chat with them! Every evening there is a new show program!

My husband and I are here now. The trip from 02/18/25 to 02/27/25 arrived early in the morning at 6:30 a.m. from the airport to the hotel for 20 minutes, the reception asked to wait for room preparation , offered to pass the time by exploring the hotel and the beach by the sea . At 9, they were invited to breakfast, after which they were escorted to their room. The room didn't come to us, there was no view, and there were flaws in the plumbing. At the meeting with the guide, we were asked to change, referring to the fact that we were newlyweds. It was replaced without any problems. They asked to show the marriage document, we had it with us) they said that a tip of $ 10 to the reception is welcome, but not mandatory. We gave $5 and "Alyonka")
The diet is excellent, and fish and meat and chicken , various side dishes, lots of vegetables and herbs, fruits mainly apples, oranges, melon, grapefruits, mini bananas . European and local dishes.
Alcohol is like in all of Egypt, if you want to drink, if you don't want to, don't drink)
The staff is friendly, helpful, and almost everyone understands Russian!
The beach is sandy, slightly to the side with rocks. People with masks are swimming in the rocks there, watching marine life. We haven't swum with masks yet)

A separate theme of the rooms, all the doors have seen the best of times, it's hard to open, the key works every other time and, alas, it's not his fault, but it's not pleasant for sure. Two keys do not give, although seeing two adults why the key is one for two, this is a separate fee. The food is good, meat, fish, chicken, etc. you definitely can't stay hungry. The beach is divided by a pier, the entrance is almost all sandy, who with children is a huge plus. The staff is suitable for every taste and language, they will definitely understand you. The rooms are cleaned, as they bring 0.5 liters of water every day. Of the disadvantages, there is no shopping street near the hotel, you have to walk 10 minutes to the mosque, there is a supermarket in the Marina port and shopping malls with restaurants for every taste or in the other direction to neighboring hotels.

The children's pool +40° is a beauty for children, it was cold one day, you come up to someone who gives out towels and asks to turn on the heating, he turns it on and it's good. The large pool at +28° is quite normal. Further out, the sea has excellent gentle approaches, sand, with a depth near the buoys, the sea is clean, one day it really stank of diesel fuel and the sea was mixed with solars from yachts and ships sailing to the parking lot. The food is relatively good for Egypt, there is all the meat, fish, chicken, beef, the child can be fed. What we didn't like was the all-inclusive🤣for such a large-scale hotel, there are 2 places for bottling drinks, my husband and I are purely on beer and it has almost never been!!! 10 min, 20 min, but not at all in the evening! The bar is open until 00.00, but at 22.00, there is no beer, there is no word at all, there is a fee of 3 $ terrible, we come on vacation in the heat to drink alcoholic soft drinks, but there are none. We also go down to the lobby at 10.40 there is no beer. Funny, we went to the center by taxi for $ 2. At 12.00, the bracelets are cut off, do not approach the whole family, one will be cut off when asked where the husband / wife went to the market for gifts and use all the services until the bus picks you up! We will not go to this hotel anymore! There are never sun beds on the beach, during the entire vacation they have never been laid on them, because everyone has been busy with TOWELS since 7 a.m. Roughly speaking, the hotel is designed for +500 people, and there are 100-150 max sun beds.

I liked the hotel! The flight was overnight, we were at the hotel early in the morning. Of course, we had to wait for the check-in, but we can't say that it was very long. And they fed me breakfast. We had a family room. First, they gave us a room on the 1st floor with access to the garden. But the room was dark and not very clean. They did not stay there with 2 children. They asked for another room at the reception, changed it, for free, although we offered money. The other room was already on the 5th floor, overlooking the road and the sea. About food: there are always 2 types of meat, fish, there was enough of everything. From 12 to 17.00 in the open restaurant: French fries, tortillas with meat and various vegetable fillings, sauces, pizza. This snack is very convenient for children, you can even feed a few children. The animation is very cool! Every day there is a different show in the evenings, during the day and aqua aerobics, belly dancing, foam party, live music. The animators are very cool, friendly, and funny. There are several swimming pools on the territory. One pool with slides, also liked by both children and adults. The visits to the sea are good. But not everyone had enough sun beds on the beach, they had to go to borrow them early in the morning. The territory of the hotel is very well maintained, clean. The staff is always friendly. Room cleaning is also good. If they asked for something extra, such as water, shampoo, or a towel, they always brought it. Yes, the rooms are certainly not perfect. Old furniture, a drawer in the chest of drawers was broken, would not open. But we weren't going to use it. The main thing is that the cabinet is working.
Everything is very calm and friendly on the territory of the hotel. The children themselves walked unaccompanied, went to the sea, to the pool, to the reception for the Internet, to bars. We were satisfied with the rest 🏝️
