I would like to thank the Moremir company, especially the specialist Karina, for our excellent vacation in Egypt. Despite the difficult personal circumstances, all the wishes were taken into account and the best option was offered upon request. The rest exceeded all expectations. I liked everything. A wonderful hotel (we stayed at the SUNRISE Remal Resort 4*), varied food, top-level service and friendly staff. It took about 15 minutes to get to the beach, you could walk or take a bus (I went regularly). The renovation of the hotel on the first line spoiled the impression a little, but at the time of our departure it was already nearing completion. We had some personal issues with the room and managed to resolve everything quickly and without problems on the spot. We are planning our next vacation with Moremir too!

Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the work. Since the tour was considered $ 400 more expensive than that of another agency, but since we started working with moremir, we offered them to make us the same price as other agencies and buy the tour from them. But the hotel was offered very poorly for winter, unfortunately. The wind blew very strongly from the sea. It is clear that we probably should have looked at the best location in Charm for winter on the Internet ourselves, but then why an agency if not to give advice? But with that ok, the hotel was good, anyway. It was more frustrating and surprising that we had to control the departure time ourselves, as the agency told us. That this is our concern. The departure time was constantly changing. Baggage to Egypt is also different from other countries. The ticket states that 23 kg per person, but only 14 kg per person is allowed in Egypt, I would like to be told this too at the agency, and not at the check-in desk before departure))
After the claims were made to the agency, they were already in touch with us, but only on "their working days" and on weekends, solve the issues yourself. I understand perfectly well that people should have days off, but next time I will choose an agency that even on weekends has an agent on duty who is ready to answer any questions that arise.
