We chose this hotel for the second time with our friends. That year we came for the first time. And we realized that we would come back. They gave me a nice room with a view of the pool. There are no questions about nutrition. Everything is very tasty and varied. For a 3-star hotel, it's very good. I consider this hotel to be calm. Sometimes there is a disco in the evenings (but we arranged it more often) the rooms are good, correspond to 3. I really liked the attitude of all the hotel staff. Especially the owner of the hotel Denise is interested in the opinion of the guests. The staff will help you solve any questions, they are very friendly!
The air conditioner was always working, and so was the refrigerator.
It takes 1 minute to walk to the sea. There are many shops and cafes nearby.

We rested at the Sea Hotel in June 2024 for the third time in this hotel. In principle, everything is fine. But this year the hotel does not have its own beach. You come to the common city, sunbeds for $ 1. Sometimes I managed to grab a free sunbed from someone else 's hotel . There is no canopy at all. And so for all 14 days, we were in the open burning sun, a nightmare. They peeled off three times, which of course is very harmful. So, this year we are very disappointed with the lack of our own beach, and along the way, through the park, there is a construction site, dust and various obstacles on the way.

When we arrived at this hotel, everyone wanted to go home.If we had been in a car, I think we would have left on the first day.We were put in a single room (four), I don't know how we were supposed to live there quietly, they asked us to change the room, but it turns out we had a standard room (we had to take a family room so that there were two rooms).A tiny refrigerator barely working, we thought there would be shampoo or at least an air freshener, but no, there was nothing of all the above.
The only thing that pleased me was that there was a sea nearby.There was no disco or fun in the evenings.The food is more or less normal, but on the first day a piece of meat stank so.....
Bottom line:we tried not to stay at the hotel and on excursions.If you also go on excursions every day, then this hotel may suit you, but if you want to eat delicious food and relax in your room, then go to another hotel.We will not return to this hotel next time, now only in 4 stars and 5

I stayed at the hotel from 05.07.23-12.07.2023, excellent hotel, PRICE and quality match. 1 minute to the sea, excellent cuisine, attentive, helpful staff.
When purchasing a tour to this hotel, you should understand that it is not five stars and there will be no golden handrails.

Ruin your vacation
This hotel has so many disadvantages, I don't know where to start. I'll start by entering the room
1. The room is small. The MAIN charm is the window from the room overlooking the... corridor of the hotel. K And K?!! Definitely an architectural masterpiece
2. The air conditioner is not working
3. The TV is small, pot—bellied, 30 cm in diameter. 7 channels, of which 2 are Russian—speaking - TNT and some kind of advertising
4. One small closet, 2 bedside tables and a table where there is a TV. There is nowhere else to put things physically
5. Next to the DISCO room. The main surprise is you can't guess when it's over.
6. A small refrigerator. They didn't dare to use it
7. Leaky bed linen
8. There is a small shower in the bathroom, where we went sideways (both are short and not fat). The hot one will go after 5 minutes, believe me. One place for one towel (which originally did not exist, was knocked out). The towels themselves are washed for show — they are all in multi-colored traces. There is no shampoo, shower gel, or air freshener
9. The Internet is paid. Half the time it works, half the time it doesn't
10. At the reception, a large parrot Fatma is Pasha in Russian (it looks like yes). He is the only plus of the hotel. There are the most unusual sounds in the arsenal. He had the most productive dialogue with the locals

I will write a review for 2021. A nice hotel. I was in this village at 4*, and there is something to compare it with. In the 4th, they began to cheat from the moment they checked in at the reception, they wanted to get $ 20 just like that, they settled in the room. It's good that closer to night we realized that our room is more expensive to pay for, and much more.
I was in this hotel with two teenagers, and I was in a position myself. And the ladies almost don't like everything at this time. We had a room with a balcony, there was enough space in the wardrobes for everyone. The food is good. I won't write much, I liked everything.
I don't write reviews at all, I don't have time for that. I decided to write my review after reading the review of Elena, who had been crying for three days. She has nowhere to put her things, the room is not according to her requests, the ice is not by the sea (there is), etc. Well, you have not looked at the photos of vacationers. The photos are real, the rooms and the hotel match
I forgot to write about music. Our room was on the third floor, yes there were discos, but not as loud as they say. Here we were at 4, the noise from the music was not boring.

I stayed at the hotel from 07.09.2023 to 09/15/2023. I've never written or read reviews before. I read the reviews before departure and just didn't want to fly, but... Everything is paid for.. I share my opinion... The sea is about 200 meters away, the beach is sand,pebbles. The entrance to the sea (thanks to someone's skillful hands) is cleared to a fine stone (corals were not needed), there is no beach, there are sun beds from another hotel nearby, but in the morning you can not approach them, after lunch take any and without payment. There are no toilets, there are showers. The views from the sea are very beautiful!!! The mountains are simply incomparable. Let's go back to the hotel... There is a handsome parrot at the reception. The hotel has a room with windows facing the corridor. And tourists really live there. My room was a corner one. One window on another hotel, a balcony overlooking the sea, although the roof of the second floor was in the way. The room has a wardrobe, a small refrigerator, a TV (old Russian channel TNT only), only two sockets, i.e. when charging the phone you need to either turn off the TV or the refrigerator. The bed is comfortable and large. A large table with a mirror, very convenient. There is a small sink in the toilet, a shower cabin that did not have one door (I asked for it- it was fixed) is inconvenient, water draining fills the toilet floor. The toilet is not conveniently located. Towels and bed linen were not changed once, the room was not cleaned. There is not a large swimming pool on the territory of the hotel, there is a department for small children. There are few sun beds and even fewer umbrellas. There is a small courtyard where it is convenient to relax with children (there is always shade, there are hammocks).The food is varied, I did not have to starve. A variety of salads, sauces. Drinks include juices, coffee, tea, soda. Alcoholic beverages are mostly strong, bottled from small bottles. Red or white wine is poured from the barrel. There is no beer. There was no particularly loud music in the evenings. The artists and animators did not come :). The staff is friendly. The hotel justifies its 3 stars.Everyone makes their own conclusions.....

We bought a ticket, only then we read the reviews about the hotel and were upset.
BUT, everything turned out to be quite comfortable and pleasant on the spot. There were 3 adults and 3 children from 2 to 8 years old. Family room, 2 rooms on the 2nd floor with a balcony, air conditioning (yes, it works a little noisy, but we didn't turn it on, in fact, we don't need it) . In one room there is a double bed and a sofa, in the second two half-beds. All the furniture is quite new and clean, the bathroom too.
Check-in is at 14:00, but we arrived at 8:00, for a couple of $ we checked in right away. Everything is solved.
About the food:the buffet is served 3 times a day, there are no snacks, but we did not go hungry. The bar is open from 11 to 21, drinks include wine (for an amateur) , gin, vodka.Coffee, cola, sprite in any quantity during the day.
Our own beach, sun loungers, which we did not lack.The beach is pebbly, for some it's a minus, but it didn't bother us.
The staff is friendly and friendly. I think you don't need to be a greyhound yourself and you will be treated well. Special respect to the owner - Mustafa.
There are no animators, but for children there is a swimming pool with a small slide, as well as a swing, a house and tricycles.
Sea. 150 meters from the hotel across the street, our balcony overlooks it.
Nice 3, close to the airport, 30 minutes.For the views from the hotel you can bet 5, the sea, the mountains...

There is no cleaning or towel change. The hotel does not have its own beach.
The food is the same - from "meat" nuggets and soy cutlets. The dishes are periodically dirty.
But all this is only for tourists - the best for locals)

I'm disappointed with my vacation! At the entrance, no gel with shampoo, no cleaning for the entire 7-day vacation, they came up and asked to clean the room, only promises that the room would be cleaned, lying ones are just disgusting. Is it called all inclusive? The air conditioner worked intermittently, it was impossible to breathe, a room of 10 meters for three people is terribly simple, the food is delicious but modestly too, the drinks are not very. Usually, I choose a hotel for "sleep-wash-store things", but here... it's not even suitable for that. On the first day of my vacation, I just sat and roared at what I saw. The sign "friendly" was not lit, I did not even immediately realize that this was a hotel.I was checked into a completely different hotel for 3 days, but it can't even be called a hotel. I have a lot of negative emotions from all this, I don't want to describe everything. I do not recommend this place. Yes, good people. The staff is friendly. There are shops at the bottom of the hotel, from the street. There is constant noise and music until 23-00. Music is also played in the courtyard of the hotel. That is, wherever the windows go, everything will be heard (even with the window closed). Well, the air conditioner is working and that's all. I had a bare outlet in my room. In short, my room looked like a private room in the worst hospital in the world in some village))
The sea is across the path, but there are no sun beds. You can lie down on the free ones, but there they are either paid or belong to another hotel. I didn't care, I hung out on them all week (like the others) and no one demanded payment. It is better to go to the sea after 12))there, the beach becomes as free as possible while everyone is having lunch (well, only the sun is very dangerous during this period). The beach is covered in pebbles, garbage and cigarette butts, because they are rarely cleaned, or maybe they do not do it at all. Well, that's it.

Terrible place, we bought a tour to this hotel. On the first day, we were moved into a windowless room on the second floor, promised to be moved the next day, we were very tired after the flight. The next day, we were not resettled again, citing the absence of a manager, 3 families slept on two single beds connected together (about 0.75 m wide). The next day they ran away from the hotel without renting out the room, some of the things were left in the room. Then the manager appeared and asked me to leave the keys for cleaning the room (it was my mistake), promised to change the room upon arrival. A hotel employee arrived at the hotel 5 days later, escorted me to the pantry so that I could pick up my suitcase, then I just went berserk, they didn't give out the keys to my room, packed all our things in a suitcase (even the raw ones that hadn't dried) and evicted us. I just yelled at the manager, I didn't hear any apologies or compensation from him, he ran from me like a coward all over the hotel, hid behind his Turkish friends and shouted I'll call the police.

The hotel is disgusting! It was filthy to the point of horror, the room was changed, they gave it not a bit better. The bed linen and towels are stained, there is no refrigerator in the room, the sink is leaking, there is only hot water in the sink, there is no cold. It is now the 9th day of our stay here, and there has been no cleaning in the room, no change of linen and towels. There is only one light bulb in the bathroom and that without a ceiling even! There's dirt on the balcony. The dishes in the dining room (because this is not a restaurant) are dirty and sticky. I don't even want to comment on the food. The only advantage is the location from the sea. You can't relax in the rooms on the first floor until the local guests come, the music is screaming, why not at least close the door to the hotel building so that you can hear less from the courtyard? The hotel is absolutely not a 3*, it's just a flophouse. The pool is full of hair and debris, the filter is turned on every other day.

I've been staying at this hotel for two years. Yes, at first it seemed small to me. But that's the beauty of it. You come as if to your own home. The staff, if you are not rude and pretend to be gentlemen, is very responsive. The furniture and appliances are not new, but everything is in working order. The food is normal and delicious. Maybe the choice is not rich, but we definitely weren't hungry.

The worst place I've been. The shower stank of sewage, the air conditioner in the room howled and eventually broke down. The air conditioning at the reception did not work at all. They are constantly shouting under the windows until one o'clock in the morning. We went to another place for breakfast, because the dishes were simply not washed in this place. I talked about the stink from the shower, but again I repeat - no bags fit to plug these holes, apparently it stank somewhere else. It's just a monstrous tin! One star is still a lot! In principle, it is impossible to live in this hotel, unless you constantly drink without regaining consciousness.

They sell rooms unsuitable for living and even more so for recreation. First, we were put in a room without a shower, then without a refrigerator (where the toilet eventually broke). There was an eerie loud hum and vibration all the time. There are rooms with windows facing the corridor, not the street. All the equipment from the last century (and music too). The food is meager, eggs for breakfast every other day, hot for lunch and dinner alone, without choice and variety, I'm already silent about diets and allergies.
