I recently visited the cinema, and I was one hundred percent satisfied! The atmosphere there is amazing — a cozy room with comfortable chairs, the sound is clear and voluminous, the picture is bright and clear. The staff is polite and friendly, always ready to help with choosing a movie or location. I was particularly pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness in the hall and toilets, which adds comfort to the visit. Every time I come here, I feel at home — always friendly staff, comfortable chairs in the halls and generally a great atmosphere, moreover, in any of the cinemas, that in Dana, that in the Palazzo and Arena City.

Moon Cinema is a real oasis for moviegoers! The comfortable halls are equipped with everything you need for excellent viewing, and thanks to the spacious parking, you don't have to waste time looking for a place for a car. I want to share my impression of the Mooon cinema space! This is definitely my favorite place to relax, and I only go here. Every visit is a real pleasure, the staff is always polite and ready to help, and comfortable chairs and excellent sound and image quality will definitely make your evening!!!
I like that it is always clean, cozy and comfortable here — everything is thought out to the smallest detail. I feel at home at Mooon, and every session brings only positive emotions. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for the perfect cinema for a great time!

A nice, spacious cinema on the third floor of the Palazzo shopping center. A huge selection of different sweets and types of popcorn. Very friendly and courteous staff. There is enough space to wait for the start of the session. Large halls with mega comfortable seating. Some films have very high prices, but, in principle, it is tolerable

Mooon is a new generation of cinemas!)
We decided to take a ticket to a private room - it was the best decision. They took us to the right room and told us how to adjust the sound and light. As for the room: there is a large, comfortable sofa, tables for food and drinks, a coat rack, sockets. You can adjust the volume of the movie in any way that is more comfortable for you. You can turn on the atmospheric lighting. Food and drinks can be ordered directly into the room, rather than standing in line at the bar, which is also very convenient.

We were in all cinemas in Minsk. There are no better cinemas for today. We come here regularly. There are a lot of advantages.
Of the cons:
Huge portions of popcorn that you almost never finish and have to throw away the leftovers. Popcorn with leys is open: I had a situation when the collective farmers took the chips with their hands and shifted them from one pack to the second, so that there would be more. There are no mixed popcorns, I don't want BIG popcorns of only ONE flavor, I want a small popcorn of mixed flavors.
Schoolchildren with dirty bast shoes are sitting in circles and yelling.
The socks in the VEGAS gym are of disgusting quality. Make the price one ruble higher, but put normal cotton socks there.
There is no control over how the Vegas gym is visited, people with dirty feet climb on the bed.

I love this movie theater chain. 💗
But I love the cinema in the Palazzo Shopping Center with a special tender love. It is the most modern, large, comfortable and functional. It's not just cool and diverse cinemas, each with its own twist, in my opinion it's its own separate and cozy world living its own life. And everything about it is fine.
One thing is that I have to get to it almost through the whole city, but I am ready for this, because I always know that I always have a great time and pleasant impressions ahead of me. Everything is fine in it, come and see for yourself. 🤗

It is better to arrive in advance while you find the hall, you may be late...This is a mini quest for a beginner. At the self-service ticket offices and neither I nor the guys next to me, I'm on the next screen - nothing worked out. You'd better go to the cashier. In general, there is a fairly good hall and a normal screen, the rest depends on the cleanliness that the shift brings, and it attracts visitors who are hungry and with different levels of culture.
It would be possible to make slightly moderate prices for stale popcorn and all sorts of non-perishable "goodies", and something fresh and more natural would be more expensive.

I have been to the cinema more than once, a lot of impressions! The first thing I would like to notice is that they let you into the cinema with your food without any conflicts.Also, while you're waiting for your movie, there are a lot of places where you can comfortably sit down and wait! As for the food, popcorn is not very tasty (in my opinion) however, in addition to popcorn, you can buy absolutely any food you want, including (whether it's KFC chips coca-Cola it doesn't matter)
If you are not satisfied with the prices of food at the cinema, just go buy everything you need at the shopping center and save your money.
The cinema hall is very comfortable and pleasant, As for me silver screen is resting!

The cinema is very good, there are many different halls, and each is unique in its own way. But there is one big disadvantage, if you want to watch a movie with your food, not bought at the cinema bar, you will not be able to do this, since this is allegedly a violation of the rules of the cinema. Although for some reason these rules go against the law, namely, the ministerial decree which states (The procedure for the provision of film screening services is regulated by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus “On approval of the rules for the provision of film screening services” dated May 25, 2007 No. 684. So, these Rules do not prohibit bringing food into the hall.)

I visited this cinema for the first time yesterday, September 28. Very interesting design, a wide variety of snacks on display. That's where all the advantages ended. Immediately at the entrance they ordered lemonade, which not only tasted disgusting and had to be thrown out, but also did not put pineapple chips, which are stated in the recipe and for which I paid money. When I was asked where they were, they told me that they were not there. No one was going to warn about this in advance. They just said, "I thought you were in a hurry and you don't need to. But if you want, we can run to the bar to get them." The other employees were also slow and not friendly. But at least there were no incidents.
Then it was popcorn's turn. All that showcase variety is offset by its disgusting taste. It's so not fresh that I had to throw it out too.
You enter the VIP lounge and do not understand where the row is and where to look for it. It was only later that I discovered small signs on the chairs with the numbers of the row and chairs. It's a good thing it was in the light. If I had come later, I would hardly have been able to find the right place.
The chairs were double, recumbent. They were not very comfortable. And the screen quality is disgusting. I was sitting in the front row and saw pixels, this is the first time I've encountered such a problem in a movie theater.
I would like to believe that the organizers will listen and fix something, but people have been writing negative reviews with such problems since the beginning of 2023. And now, after almost 2 years, nothing has changed. Therefore, I am extremely surprised that he has a 5.0 rating with so many negative comments

I came to the cinema for the first time and I won't go anymore! Firstly, the entrance is through a cafe, and it is not immediately clear where the cinema is. I didn't even look to get into the session. Secondly, the ticket vending machines did not work. I was sent to the cashier at the cafe. And to the cash register where there are the most people. What the other cashiers do is pick their noses. After standing in a huge queue of youngsters, they asked me how I would pay. When I replied that it was on the card, they told me that their terminal was not working. When I offered to pay in cash, they told me that they would not be able to give me a ticket, because nothing works for them. And then why did you have to ask about the payment method if you couldn't even give a ticket anyway

My son and I adore this cinema, especially the cinema hall "something KIDS". Instead of the first row, a grid is stretched in this hall. During the session, children can jump, crawl, roll down or just lie there. At the same time, children playing absolutely do not interfere with viewing: personally checked, because we usually take seats in the second row (i.e. immediately behind the grid). For active children and those who want to quietly watch a parent's movie, this is exactly what you need. No "I'm tired of sitting", "will it end soon?", because a little person has somewhere to apply his irrepressible energy.

Recently we decided to go to the premiere of Deadpool with a large company, This time we decided to take tickets in a hall with separate rooms. To see what kind of people they are. It was a delight, I've been convinced for a year how cool and atmospheric it is to go to this cinema, watch the premiere with friends, it was great in such a cool room with complete comfort. We were not only shown to the right room so that we would not get lost, but also politely told everything and explained where the switches were. There were several huge, very comfortable sofas, tables for food and drinks, you could adjust the volume of the movie at will and the lighting in the room + you could order drinks and popcorn, and everything would be brought to your room.
