Today we went to a movie with our child in Grodno, hall 4. There are huge sofas there, we didn't know about it. The girl sold us tickets for two sofas, explaining that three people are not allowed to watch on the same sofa. As a result, it turns out that a child of 6 years old has to buy a separate sofa??? We sat together the whole movie - moreover, there would have been enough room for one more child. Question: why did we have to pay 68 rubles instead of 34???

If you want picture and sound quality, you are definitely here, the best cinema in the city in this regard. The buffet is ultra expensive compared to the rest of the places. You can order dishes from the restaurant nearby, with delivery to the hall.

Halls for an amateur: it's really convenient to eat in resto, there aren't enough pillows for your back on the sofa, and you need to do something with Velcro pillows: you lean back and this hateful Velcro sound. As for the food that can be ordered by barcode: there is not enough variety, I would like to add items at least from pizzas, salads, etc.
VIP: no questions, no parole.However, the table is too small, if you sit in the back row, then the food on the table blocks the view.

An excellent cinema, cool and spacious halls, very comfortable chairs and many types of them, made of good materials, the sound quality is super, the screens are large and of good quality. If you want to enjoy watching movies, I definitely recommend this cinema. Grodno has mostly Soviet-era cinemas with minimal repairs. The price corresponds to the quality, definitely.

Even before the start of the session, you can have a great time, popcorn, drinks, ice cream, milkshakes (very tasty), several slot machines, just sit down, or you can lie down to relax, a lot of souvenirs and toys from the cinematic universe.
The hall, rows of chairs at an acceptable distance from each other, comfortable seats, sofas for two - generally a fire.

The service is zero. When buying a ticket online, you can return it only at the cinema itself. There is no logic, if I can't get to the session, I have to come anyway and hand in my ticket there.
I filled out a form about the problem with buying a ticket. Do you think someone answered me? Of course not. The money has been spent, no one has even contacted me! Then why this form, for the sake of appearance? I called the hotline "Unfortunately our working day is already over." Sort out your problems yourself, they say.
Several days have passed since the session, and so far no one has contacted me either by phone or via email. Everyone just doesn't care about anything. There is no decent competition, so they behave like pigs. The worst service! Don't waste precious time, money and nerves.
