They work at speed, I bought at the opening and today , everything was great at the opening, friendly staff, delicious drinks, now everything has become terrible, the staff is terribly unfriendly, as if dissatisfied with the visitors of the establishment, the quality of drinks is terrible, iced water, cooking time 2 two minutes, they did not have time to order, tapioca it's terribly small and it's undercooked, the tea itself cannot be called tea, bitter water with the color of milk, moreover, it was poisoned, half an hour after the drink, terrible vomiting began, I do not recommend visiting this institution, I put a star for the beautiful interior and atmosphere)

Delicious tea, pleasant atmosphere, but the staff is not very interested in work, there is a lot of ice in the drinks and I hope there will be an opportunity to give up ice in the future, they do not warn that the menu has changed and that if you take a warm drink, the volume of the glass itself changes, and they did not offer a discount card until they asked for it themselves, in the future I may fix it 5 stars.

The place is just great. The tea was made in 2-3 minutes, and they gave me 2 more teas in front of me. The setting of the room is wow. A fountain with a dragon, and water pours from its mouth, stylized chairs and tables, painted walls. You don't even need to talk about the fact that you like the tea.
I definitely recommend it if you drink bubble tea.

Waiting time is 30 minutes .Disgusting music inside, some kind of Russian rap from 2019, there's not much space, there's only ice in the drinks and it's shallow and goes into a tube, as a result you chew ice with milk. The topioca was bitter
