A historical monument erected in memory of the fallen soldiers who fought against the invaders in the Second World War. Since 2015, it has been brought to an emergency state by vandals and the city authorities in all ways. Recently, it seems that due to an emergency condition, a 30-meter-high stele was demolished from the 3rd(!) attempt. Now there is still a part of the monument, but it is fenced off by a high fence from residents.
It has been brought to an emergency state. And it is gradually being destroyed. As such, there is no access. There is garbage all around...
