Terrible service!
The water was not delivered either yesterday or today, and the time is already 5 pm (promised yesterday). At the request of the operator to call me back, after specifying the delivery time, they did not call me back. Now, they promised to deliver it within an hour (my working day is up to 5 and is already legal), although the water was supposed to have been delivered yesterday!
When asked what happened to the quality of delivery, they replied that we now have a lot of orders and we are not coping. Why do you solve your problems at the expense of customers? You are increasing your staff, since your turnover has increased!
