We were here with my wife on a rainy June 2017. The monastery was built in the XIII century (1252). One of the most important Orthodox monasteries in the Balkans. Beautiful, well-groomed, lots of flowers. We were told that there are monks from Russia.

It is a very cozy and warm place. We were brought to the monastery of Moracha with an escort. Beautiful and well-maintained territory. The photos turned out to be very beautiful. Unfortunately, they give us little time and we did not have time to visit the temple and see the frescoes. I recommend the Moracha Monastery to visit.
