After that, she invited and ABRUPTLY began to ask what I asked her to do. I told you. But apparently she was a "great specialist" and immediately began to claim that I had a complex staining and it would take 4 hours.
I always say what I said in the salons, and in this one, all the craftsmen understand it adequately and it takes two hours for all the work, I've been doing this for years! But here, Olga, the craftswoman, began to shake her rights for something, or maybe she didn't like me, or the work was difficult for her.
Moreover, she delayed my time, immediately began to show her "skills", without calmly talking to the client, but brought me to emotions.
Let him take advanced training courses and learn how to calmly and adequately respond to the client's comments.
I want to say that I will not recommend your salon, and you have lost me as a client.
