In my opinion, it is worthwhile to introduce reservations for tables up to 5 people (there is a reservation for companies of 5 people or more) at least during the cold season on Friday and Saturday. We came on Friday evening, hoping that they would find a table for us (according to the institution itself, they find tables for a company of 4 people quickly), but we stood admiring the entrance group and froze outside for half an hour, then we stood at the entrance near the hanger and waited for another half hour. There were 15 minutes left before the kitchen was finished, so we decided to spend the evening somewhere else.
As a result, we drove in vain, wasted time and left hungry))

The food is delicious and at reasonable prices. I really like the concept of breakfast consisting of several small dishes. That's the main thing I like about this place. But booking a table starting from 5 people is very inconvenient. Out of 3 attempts to get here, I got here only once, and then with a 40-minute wait. It's a shame :(
In general, the institution justifies expectations if it manages to get in. I would put more stars, but resentment does not allow

Overall, the place is great, compared to others, I definitely want to come back here.
The waiters are friendly and helpful, although there are so many people that the waiters lost us and went to them themselves.
As for people, on a day off, the queue goes all the way outside, and standing in the heat for half an hour to get here is such a pleasure, but you can't book tables for a couple, for example.
We took food and drinks according to the set, in general we were satisfied and full, we liked 7/10 different dishes, some tastier than here, I have not tried.
What surprised me was that the expectation was 10-15 minutes in total, given that the room was full, it's wow.
I can't say that the place is perfect, but it's definitely one of the best places I went to with this plan)

Also, due to the fact that there is always a full landing, it is very difficult to find a place. But even with such a workload, the staff solves the problem.

Legendary mermaids on a tractor. The cafe itself is not bad, original, interesting concept of serving several dishes. Take pictures for insta 5/5, food 4/5. Very uncomfortable chairs, sofas and tables - 2/5 for them..

I was there for the first time in 2021, I really liked this place - it was incredibly delicious and very pleasant interior (and location)
But at the weekend, the institution clearly does not have enough hands - they came this year on Saturday, waited in line for 30 minutes until a table was available, they did not wait, by the way. People at the tables said that they were waiting for their order to be accepted for another +- so many minutes and 40 minutes waiting for the order:(

It seems that this is one of the most popular places, so it is obvious from the point of view of management to expect a large flow of people. And somehow managing this flow is one of the points of growth of the institution.
Now the details:
the interior is super, different zones and tables for different companies (but when you can't choose in line, they put you where it's free).
food is a composite breakfast, you type a lot of different dishes, they are small) I'm okay, but the guys were confused. I would make some combo sets, maybe seasonal, because there are a lot of options and it's really hard to choose.
The coffee was great, we even took it with us.
the atmosphere is pleasant to sit and wait for food, the music seems to be OK, but to be honest, we were in a hurry to eat to make room for those who are waiting in line under the sun. In general, it was not possible to relax and enjoy the moment.
the hostess staff is super caring, when we were dying from the sun, she brought water and glasses, it helped) the waiter is pleasant, but in a hurry and could not establish contact.
Actually, while we were drinking water at the entrance, we saw the menu and pencils and made notes. This helped us to place an order quickly..

But what I absolutely don't like is the inability to book a table for up to 5 people - come like this if there are fewer of you. It seems to me that it is worth understanding that the institution is located in the area of the tractor plant and getting there to hear "all seats are occupied" is not what we would like.
