I think it's a great option for your money. The rooms may have a slightly "Soviet" flavor, but overall, they are neatly renovated, everything is working, warm and cozy.
I would like to mention the staff separately. I arrived around 10 a.m. and wanted to check in. The receptionist personally escorted me to breakfast (although it should have been over by now) and made sure that I was fed.
The windows of the hotel, especially from the upper floors, offer excellent views of the city.

After spending a month on a business trip on different floors, you can safely put 3.
Rooms: Of course, the rooms seem clean and tidy (on most floors). But there is a lack of fresh and more modern repairs. There is a minimum set of dishes in the room: glasses and plates. There is a TV, a refrigerator (which is constantly noisy), a bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a table, a chair. The kettle must be requested separately at the reception. There is not enough, at least a spoon. All rooms have access to a balcony. Rooms with a view of the square turned out to be warmer during the cold period than those with a view behind the hotel. There is a water boiler in the hallway on each floor. The bulwark on the key is not very convenient. Bed linen is changed, towels too.
Breakfast: Included in the price. The buffet. There are always 1 or 2 types of porridge. Sausages. Toasts. Boiled egg. Jams, condensed milk. Tea, coffee, milk. There are grilled vegetables. Fried chicken. Pancakes. In principle, considering the cost of the room and the included breakfast, more or less. You can eat, the choice is not great, but you will not stay hungry.
The staff is friendly and sociable. When contacting them with a request in person or via chat, we always tried to solve the issue and help. For the staff 5.

Normal.
Convenient access directly to the entrance, plenty of Parking space near the hotel.
Good breakfast (buffet) is included in the price.
The rooms are quite neat, there is a water boiler on the floor.
The bed is very comfortable, large, the mattress is excellent, sleeping is fine.
The staff is pleasant and polite.
Cons: dim lighting in the room, very weak sound insulation of the rooms, the absence of some basic items in the room (shoe spoons, teaspoons), the room key with a wooden block so as not to get lost (looks archaic), the refrigerator is noisy, personally I can't sleep with it, turned it off at night, the closet inside stinks either with varnish or glue.
But it's actually pretty good. And if you don't find fault and take into account that this is far from the largest city, then it's quite good)

The cannon Hotel! The rooms are cozy and clean, no one makes any noise. In the morning, you can have a free breakfast buffet. If you plan to stay in Molodechno, I definitely recommend it.

The city is quite warm and friendly
I was pleased that there is a large park in Molodechno that is being landscaped for active recreation with the family
The city is clean, there is no garbage, which means that people respect nature and people's work
As many residents of the city know, the best pizzeria is the penguin on broadway (because it is close to the city center) there is no end of visitors, sometimes there are not enough places for everyone

A gloomy room, decorated in red tones. The doors are battered, the wallpaper is also torn off in places. There is no hot water as such, I had to rinse with lukewarm water. The room has two beds, a TV, a wardrobe, and a hairdryer is provided on request. There is a balcony, but you can't go out without shoes, it's bare concrete and dusty. Breakfast buffet. What surprised me was that the guest himself has to insert the blanket into the duvet cover, unexpectedly. I've never seen this in any hotel. The rating could have been 4 c, but 3 for the fact that the staff does not know how to work with visitors at all. We checked in as a group, we had to leave our passports with the administrator, and pick them up in an hour. After this time, I naturally asked the administrator if we could pick them up (you know, this is a document that, in fact, I am not obligated to leave to any third parties, the time is such and who knows what can be done with it during this time), to which the employee, with irritation and a raised tone, reported that yes, how she can do everything in time, there are a lot of you, etc. She was told that it was impossible to talk in such a tone with visitors, but madame continued to stand her ground, considering herself right. Actually, the receptionist is the "face" of the hotel, so, after meeting with such a "face", the impression of the hotel is not very pleasant.

We got to Molodechno due to the lack of places in Minsk hotels. But I liked it, I didn't even expect that Molodechno was such a clean, quiet modern town, sometimes it felt like you were walking through some five-story neighborhoods of Minsk in the Komarovka area. The hotel is located near the train station, next to Victory Park, we lived on the 10th floor - the views of the sky and the city are wonderful.A buffet breakfast is also included:sausage, sausages, cheese, porridge, pancakes, eggs, delicious jam, condensed milk, sponge cake. Everything is delicious.

We came to Molodechno for a walk and decided to stay for a few days. There were just rooms available at the hotel.
We stayed in a double room with a large bed. There were no special expectations, I liked the room. A clean bathroom. Each person has a set of towels.
The room has a wardrobe, table, dishes, refrigerator, TV. Basically, everything that is necessary. The TV is a little small, but it's better than the "Soviet brother" of a modern TV.
There is a balcony. But if you don't have slippers, then going out on it will be problematic. By the way, they don't give out slippers. But it's worth going out on the balcony. Our room was on the 9th floor and had beautiful views of Molodechno.
The staff is polite and tries to help if you have any questions.
Breakfast is included in the room rate. There was nothing special there. Modest breakfasts with a very limited choice of dishes: pancakes with ham/cheese filling, porridge, boiled eggs, sausages, tea/coffee, pastries. They don't sign that pancakes are stuffed. It is better to clarify before adding toppings.
The hotel is conveniently located. Near Victory Park, the main attractions of the city, cafes and shops.

It is a very beautiful and cozy town.
people are friendly and kind.
of course, public transport very rarely goes and taxis have to wait for 10-15 minutes.
there are enough shops, cafes and catering establishments, there are even a lot of them for such a small town.
the cafe-pizzeria "penguin" is popular among the residents of this town, but for an amateur.
so the city is clean, bright and very attractive)

It is a very beautiful and clean city, just an hour away by car from Minsk. There are a lot of young people in the city, a beautiful Victory Park, and of course the pedestrian street of Prytytsky.
There is something to see, a very affordable and high-quality hotel on the central square, many places to spend leisure time and, of course, have a delicious snack.

We stayed with my wife in this wonderful place on the night of May 28-29) the building itself is a monolith of the Soviet era, I like this architecture. Everything is simple inside, but functional. Mattresses without punched springs, sound insulation is good, the neighbors were not heard at all (10th floor). There were not enough disposable cutlery in the room. The hair dryer was given out at the first request. The breakfast included in the price is generally excellent, especially considering the amount paid. I will be happy to recommend this hotel to ordinary travelers, I am sure that there are always places here. And parking is convenient. Thanks!

A great hotel in the city center! There is a pedestrian street with shops, a grocery store "Kopeechka", a pharmacy, a cafe, and a park across the street. Excellent staff, polite, willing to help, nice. Breakfast from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. - buffet - is included in the room rate. You can eat delicious, satisfying and varied food: oatmeal, boiled eggs, fried, sausages, pancakes with ham and cheese, sliced cheese and sausage, tea, coffee, sauces, jam, pastries... The modern rooms are equipped with a TV and a refrigerator. There is a boiler in the bathroom. A kettle is provided for the room at the reception. There is drinking water on the floor. There are few disadvantages: in winter it is quite cool (a blanket in the closet helped out, but I would like warmth), there is a plate and a glass in the room, but no cup, what should I pour boiling water from the kettle into? There are no more disadvantages. I recommend this hotel.

Excellent staff, convenient location, rooms are different, the price tag is average, the rooms are equipped with a minimum of dishes, heating and utility room is available on the 3rd floor, bed linen is in abundance, there are additional blankets, an excellent addition is the morning breakfast, according to the buffet principle, it really comes in. I recommend it!

We stayed at this hotel for the first time. I liked everything, They placed us on the 9th floor, the view from the balcony was excellent. The room is clean with a double bed, there were even detergents in the bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised by the price per room, very much plus a bonus breakfast buffet. Hotel in the city center. close to the railway and bus station. The staff are professionals in their field, well done!!!!!!

It's not even bad, although the hotel doesn't seem to be fresh. Everyone is friendly and polite, everything is neat and even at an affordable price.
I liked some solutions on the economics of the enterprise. There are boilers in the rooms, good plumbing wiring, but it was possible to hide a little more. I think they will fix it over time.
Now that hasn't gone down.
Most of all, I was surprised by the lack of communication in the rooms with the reception, those telephones. There are mobile numbers in the menu for communication with the reception, but this is somehow not usual. Maybe it's know-how, of course, but it didn't work for me.
The second question, but I just started noticing this one everywhere a lot. For some reason, they stopped putting a kettle, 2 coffees and 2 teas in the rooms. It used to be everywhere now almost nowhere (we had a room of increased comfort), there was no mug either. I highly recommend adding this little thing, it solves a lot.
So to sum up, I can recommend this place. I think everyone will like it.

A room on the 6th floor with a view of the square. There is a park and shops nearby. These are the only advantages.
The room is not properly renovated. The bed creaks so that you can't turn around at night. There are not enough light bulbs in the chandelier. The wallpaper is stripped. The folding sofa for the child did not assemble after the layout, because the structure is broken. Cleaning under furniture is a separate story: dust and debris. Leftovers from previous guests. We came to the floor at night and had to light the way with the phone. The light on the floor is turned off (look for the switch yourself).
Breakfast is a buffet - with a stretch of 3 points. There is practically no choice of products.
Initially, when booking, I informed you that we would be a threesome with a child. But there were only 2 blankets for three people in the room. There is no phone in the room, I had to go down to the reception, where they gave me the key to the next room and said take what you need.
