I think it's a great option for your money. The rooms may have a slightly "Soviet" flavor, but overall, they are neatly renovated, everything is working, warm and cozy. I would like to mention the staff separately. I arrived around 10 a.m. and wanted to check in. The receptionist personally escorted me to breakfast (although it should have been over by now) and made sure that I was fed.
