I don't want to offend you, but this is the most terrible dairy product!
A couple of months ago, I bought milk and kefirs. Milk doesn't taste like milk.
So today I decided to buy suluguni cheese and make an omelet with cheese, the cheese doesn't melt any more.
It also tastes firm, sweeter than cottage cheese and without a milky taste.
The rubber is wet.
