She responded to my request immediately, consulted us after sterilization at 9 a.m. and 11 p.m.! Can you imagine? When it's not even business hours anymore. It's a good clinic, we only go here. Of course, there are disadvantages, we came with a French bulldog who had problematic ears, the dog was still licking his paws all the time, we told the doctor about it, the doctor looked superficially and said that everything was fine. The result is that after a few weeks, the paws are licked to irritation and red spots. It turns out that I have to pay for an appointment again to deal with the same problem that the doctor ignored last time?
But that's okay, in general the clinic is good, everyone is polite and cultured, they will always explain everything, give detailed instructions on treatment, recommend good medicines and the prices here are normal, not exorbitant. And doctors are very fond of animals, it's obvious when they came for the very first time, my dog left all stuffed with goodies and petted from head to toe.

I have two "Frenchmen" and how many times they were sick, they only helped to cure them in this clinic. We traveled all over Grodno, and some clinics sent our pets to Minsk, but they were cured with a Wet Nose.

I strongly do not recommend this clinic, and especially Dr. Elizaveta Yurievna Smirnova.
We made an appointment with an ophthalmologist.
After 3 weeks of waiting, upon arriving at the appointment, it turns out that they do not have an ophthalmologist. And Elizaveta Yurievna Smirnova tortured my cat by taking photos and sending them to someone for consultation.
Naturally, they didn't tell me anything useful about my cat's eye problems. And I paid for such a reception.
I was also asked to come another day, pay for the appointment again, and then my cat would have been looked at by an ophthalmologist, but this is not certain.
Also, Elizaveta Yurievna prescribed an antibiotic for about a month without making a diagnosis.
She prescribed Doxifin, saying that if the cat had kidney problems, it should not be taken.
But at the end of the reception, she added that she thought (!) my cat had no kidney problems. Spoiler alert: later, on an ultrasound scan in the ALPHABET, they found nuances with the kidneys.
Also, my cat was diagnosed with FIP, VIK, and Leukemia. They passed the tests there for a lot of money. Moreover, one amount was announced in the office, and the other amount was announced at the reception, of course, in a big way.
Then we went to another clinic, where we cured the eye without the help of antibiotics.
Absolutely incompetent Dr. Smirnova E. Y.
Irresponsible attitude towards clients and their money. If you know that you don't have an ophthalmologist, why make an appointment ???
We waited 3 weeks for an appointment to arrive, pay for an appointment and 0 information about the case, and then "come again." Just pumping out the money and that's it.

We went to the Wet Nose clinic on the advice of a neighbor, and it was a gift of fate. The dog had a serious inflammation in the intestines, we thought he was living out his last days. Dr. Eugene saved us then. Literally before our eyes, the dog came to life. Also, in old age, big problems with teeth began, a couple of years ago we were refused surgery at another clinic due to heart weakness. And the dental problem grew like a snowball, the dog no longer lived, but suffered. Because of the pain, she sometimes couldn't lift her head even on pain relief. At Wet Nose, we had all the necessary examinations, prescribed therapy for the heart and performed surgery. Thanks to Ekaterina and Anastasia. I was pleasantly surprised that all the doctors are young professionals, as well as very sensitive and friendly. I think my dog sometimes looks at me and thinks, "Mother, you don't mess with me like that, I'm staying here." I would love to be treated by such doctors myself. But for this you will have to become a quadrober. That 's why I'm holding on for now 😁

In the clinic, you can do an ultrasound, perform an operation, they really give you what helps, consult on each stage of treatment and give recommendations at home. We were at the clinic 3 times where the cat was stabbed with something that was not even talked about, and he did not feel better (only the temperature was brought down). They immediately prescribed a course of medications and explained everything verbatim and in stages.

Doctors from God !!! An ultrasound of the organs was done here , examined until the temperature was brought down and the breathing calmed down , they did not let us go !!! And all the guys there were treated well, everyone would come and look at the temperature and look at the breathing all day long they were under supervision!
