We liked the place! The administration of the base is positive, everything was shown and explained upon check-in. The territory is well maintained and beautiful, interesting for walking. But they do not go to such places with children, they need constant monitoring there, there are stone piles and height differences all around.
There is a cafe on site, but the menu does not correspond to what is available, as a result, there are no vegetarian dishes at all, only meat, and there are no fruits on sale either. Therefore, it is better to bring food with you.
The road to the rubble base, at the exit from the asphalt in the New Bukhtarma with half a kilometer of bumps, then normal.
In general, the rest will be good if
you properly prepare in advance and take into account all of the above.

We stopped here to eat and look for a place for a tent. Savages cost 5000 a day, there is a common wooden toilet, a place for garbage is organized. Food in the catering "Hello, Heartburn!". We took lagman and pizza. Lagman is sharp. Only a milkshake was delicious and without harming digestion. The pizza dough was sour. However, the food place is cozy, the tent is spacious. Music is playing, a drinks stall is open. The price corresponds to the place of rest and the time of the peak of the resort. I want to note that there is a place for swimming with buoys in Mokhnatka. But they did not find a suitable place to set up a tent. There were a lot of people, the beginning of August, the water was very warm and transparent. There are trees, which means shade.

One plus is nature, the location is gorgeous, the administration uses it, the houses are old, the dishes are probably from the last century, cracked, chipped, etc. toilets for several houses (queues often arise), beds also from ancient times, the bed is sewn, the mattresses are also apparently from some kind of closed children's camp in the 70s, the prices for houses also jump, they tell everyone differently. If it weren't for nature, the rest would be ruined.

In 2023, prices rose very much, they rented an unfurnished house for about 5 thousand rubles. Only technical water is provided from the facilities. There was a toilet for several houses, and I often had to stand in line. There is a paid shower outside. Cleaning the house is also at your own expense. It's noisy at night, the music is playing loudly. The renovation is still Soviet, painted walls, beds with iron nets, also from the 70s and 80s. Of the advantages, only very beautiful nature. We visited several bases, stopped at this one because of the beautiful view. The beach is great.

I really liked the base...It's a very beautiful place...We had a rest with a bang.There are cattle at the base and these are minks. Convenient location.
Spacious houses. There are armored beds, wall hangers, a refrigerator, a pantry with dishes. In each house on the porch there is a sink with supplied household water. The water supply is connected to neighboring houses, and sometimes the use ends until others close the water.
The shower is paid, outside with a water heater. One for 5 houses.
There is a sauna.
The toilet is outdoor, clean, odorless. Also one for several houses.
It is beautiful and clean throughout the base.
There is also a cafe, a dining room where you can order food (pies, manti, pilaf, etc.)
In the minimarket cafe.
There are boat trips, water activities, quad biking on a bun and skiing.
There is a cellular connection, but not very much, what is needed for recreation.
You can walk in the mountains.
It is better to have provisions purchased from the city with you when you arrive, because the prices in the Bukhtarma market are HORSE.
We drank and cooked with mineral water, it's better not to risk drinking local water. It is household without filtration and not from a spring. Just from the reservoir.
If you do not have a barbecue, you can take it from the administration for an additional fee, purely symbolic, not expensive.
In general, a great option for a vacation from civilization.

A quiet family Soviet base, with only technical water on the veranda! The toilet is shared, one for 5-6 houses! I haven't seen a shower at all! Cafe norm! There are no TVs, cellular communication does not catch everywhere!
