I found myself on a weekend in Minsk, I had to do something, I chose a salon at random with free time and online recording, this salon came across, master Anastasia did an excellent eyebrow correction and coloring. The salon itself is very cozy, although small.
I went to this salon on the recommendation of a friend. The salon put up a story on Instagram, where they offered to go to the current pedicure master for 35 rubles to create content on the social network.
There was no further information.
They wrote me a million reminder messages about the recording, asked me to reschedule it for another day and changed the original master. Okay, BUT there was no conversation about the fact that this is a master who learns how to do a pedicure, and I actually found out that you need to sit for 2-2.5 hours and you definitely need to do a French jacket, which I did not want.
I have a minimum of questions for the master, she got into an awkward position and tried to smooth over the situation. A question for administrators who do not warn about such things. If I had known this right away, I would have signed up for a pedicure with practicing masters or would have been looking for another place.
The administrator on the spot did not resolve the issue in any way, it seems to me. When all these introductions surfaced, I offered to do the processing on one day, and the coverage on the other, which, too, as for me, is not customer-oriented in any way.
Bottom line, the impression is disgusting, I was very upset. I am silent about my fingers, which are all wounded and not treated carefully.
I will not visit this salon anymore.
07/20.23 I visited the salon, the atmosphere was as pleasant as possible, the receptionist was friendly.
But I was dissatisfied with the manicure itself. Not only did I have to wait 20 minutes from my appointed time, but I was not pleased with the final result. They made "buns" when I came home, I had to file them because the nails were crooked. A couple of days later, a crack appeared, and now there are 3 chips on the nails.
I wish to improve, but I will not visit this salon anymore.
The most cozy studio in Minsk, starting from the design and color palette, ending with the staff and the provision of services! It's not the first time I've gone to master Ekaterina for eyebrow design! Always aerobatics: neat, in moderation, and everything looks as aesthetically pleasing as possible!) I am madly in love with this salon, and they gave me the perfect manicure/pedicure, BUT not the last visit😬
Master Polina (the first and most likely the last time I visit her) skipped the steps: applying primer, oil after manicure and hand cream. When asked if we would make a primer, she replied that "I do not apply a primer." I didn't even ask about the oil / cream (I emphasize that these stages are in the service). They made gel polish. The nails are smooth, there are no questions here, but bubbles appeared, which I noticed (painted over), everything is OK.
It is also embarrassing that when applying the gel, literally every nail, the master was distracted, they unlocked the phone and actively did something in it
+ Or rather, even a very big minus, which I encountered during the last recordings (this is purely for the salon administration), this is a system for online recording. 1. I signed up for a pedicure, after half an hour the administrator calls back and cancels the appointment, referring to the fact that they have only one pedicure chair and at the time that I booked, it is already occupied, I had to cancel the appointment. It was listed as free in the system. 2. I signed up for a manicure again through the online system, the next day the administrator calls and asks me to reschedule the appointment for another day, when I say that I signed up for the only day / time convenient for me, they persuaded me to reschedule it for another time. Although this time/day was still indicated as available for the procedure. From all this, the question is: why do you need an online recording system? Remove it if it is not comfortable for the salon all the time.
And there is a suspicion that all these time shifts are just to make it convenient for the master. From which I have not at all positive thoughts creeping in, and already there is a feeling that I am not going to a good salon, but to Masha's house. Don't do that.
The salon is very conveniently located for me and visually pleasing/the cost of services, but the last nuances still significantly spoiled the impression
