It used to be better

- previously, they immediately served glasses for water
- in the insta they write about a discount on weekend breakfasts, but in fact they never break it, so they also have to beg for it through the dissatisfied faces of the staff. And now they generally say, "unfortunately, the campaign has already ended," although there is still a post on Instagram.
Conclusion: there used to be a cool place that I bragged about and took all the visiting friends there first. And now it has become a place for me to go to if no institution is open.

We gathered for brunch with friends, and chose Moka's on the recommendation
Of the advantages:
- A large selection of breakfasts, both regular and dessert, there are options for combined breakfasts (sausages, turkey, salmon, etc.). What was ordered was very tasty, only I did not like pancakes with cottage cheese and cherries (The cottage cheese was dietary, I do not like it, but someone likes it)
- Not a bad coffee
- You can play PS5
- Polite and friendly staff
Of the cons:
- We were sitting on the covered summer terrace, smoking a hookah at the next table, there was a strong smell due to poor ventilation
- Long service and serving of dishes, although there were only a few tables (You can just warn that there are delays, and there will be no such reaction)
In general, a good place to have a delicious meal and chat, the prices are average, not expensive and not cheap

The waiter did not know the menu, asked the same thing several times. The cook herself had to ask what we wanted, apparently after she realized that the waiter was useless. As a result, terrible dishes were brought, the arabyatta tasted like warmed pasta with tomato. There were no basic salt shakers on the table, there was nothing to wipe your hands with in the toilet, I had to ask another waitress for napkins.
