We applied about two weeks ago, and since then there has been no progress. It feels like we've just been forgotten. They called several times, came personally to the office — each time they promise that "everything will be done soon," but in the end there was no reaction. No deadlines, no specifics, no results. We are very disappointed with this attitude.
