Every person has meetings in their life: pleasant and not so pleasant, useful and completely useless, memorable and those that you will forget about the next day. So our group on labor protection in the energy sector of GIPK GAZ-INSTITUT was lucky enough to attend a meeting that can be confidently called pleasant, useful and memorable. This meeting was organized thanks to Senator Vladimir Viktorovich, a teacher at GIPK GAZ-INSTITUT, with Ivan Ivanovich Nitievsky, director of one of the wonderful enterprises of Minsk, Modum-Techno LLC. As part of the meeting, we were given a tour of the territory of the enterprise. By the way, the tour was conducted by the director himself. When Ivan Ivanovich talked about his company, it was amazing how thoroughly he knows the intricacies of each project, how accurately in numbers, "without a piece of paper", he reproduces what, when, where and with what result it was implemented. It feels like a person is doing what they love. In their work at Modum-Techno LLC, the management uses not only various innovative approaches to the implementation of customer orders, great attention is paid to working with personnel - both their training and education, and the establishment of a friendly microclimate in the team.
