There are no parking spaces, cars are parked along the road. The free-standing parking is still under construction and the prices there are expensive. Everything has been dug up around the house, there is no bus stop nearby, the garbage is scattered because of the wind.

Excellent location, promising area. The first international school in Astana is being built nearby. There will be an embankment not far from the house. The house is warm, I can't say 100% about the noise, but I haven't heard anyone yet) I am glad that there is a Bin right next to it, and there is still a state school nearby)
